When did you last receive the newsletter, if ever? Never, I signed up at the beginning.

Did you double-check your email spelling? Yes

Did you double-check your station account? (There is a flag for stopping all mail from the Station which includes SWG) Yes

Does your email have a spam filter? Not against SOE

Okay so not the newsletter arrived, but I changed nothing on my station account...


I can only assume that it either took more than a day from being sent to arriving (which would be bizarre) or that they are scooping addresses from this thread and sending the newsletter manually.

Are these newsletters archived? I have never gotten one either. I didn't even know I was in Beta either. If it were not for someone giving a heads up on the boards I would have never known. This is frustrating to not receive the newsletters. However, I went in and checked the first box in my station account.

    a) Never received it

    b) Yes...double checked...email also states it has been verified

    c) Yes...only have the box checked for the newsletter/SWG stuff - none of the others

    d) My email diverts any suspected "spam" to a bulk folder. I've checked both inbox and bulk for the last couple of weeks and not found anything.


    BTW, what is the sender name for the email so I know what to look for?

    1) Never received(been signed up for it since 12/5/03)
    2) Double-checked many times, esp after not receiving it in January
    3) Yes, checked many times also
    4) No filter

    I don't see a flag for stopping mail ? only 4 opt in boxes.

    Yes - But I get mailed it anyway with a changed header - not received.

    I have been able to receive Subrscribed Topic Notifications with no problem.

    Does your email have a spam filter? Yes, but it just sends it to an alternate folder, and no Sony stuff has ended up in there



    I recieved the newsletter for EQ2, but I got nothing from Galaxies.
