When did you last receive the newsletter, if ever?
I've never received it.

Did you double-check your email spelling?
Yes.

Did you double-check your station account? (There is a flag for stopping all mail from the Station which includes SWG)
I assume you mean "Check here to receive future Station e-mails with announcements of new games, contests, and more."? I had that unchecked, which would explain why I've never gotten the newsletter.

If this is the problem, it really should be broken up into questions for the various games. (I don't want to receive, say, ads for a new EverQuest expansion as I don't play EQ.) At the very least, split it into "Send me e-mails for games I'm currently paying for." and "Send me e-mails for other/new Station games."

Does your email have a spam filter?
Yes, one I run myself. No messages from SOE have ever appeared in it.

However, I have signed up for it at this page: SWG Newsletter Sign Up. I would hope that this trumped all else, since it is consent to recieve the newsletter specifically and I could find no other page to accept recieving strictly SWG related items.

• I do have a SPAM filter but any spam that I receive is put into a folder so I can check if there were any mistakes (and correct them)

• No. I don't even use the free emails like hotmail or yahoo. I use a custom email account set up from my web host. No spam filters are active at all.

If you guys can get this straightened out it'd be great, and even better would be to have a public archive of all the current and previous newsletters so that if we for some reason can't get the newsletter at least we can go over to the main website and see it from there.
