Yea, it must be a group of people that go from vendor to vendor, waiting for an item to reach precisely 14 days maturity before stealing it, lol. Yea, that must be what it is.

I want an officail response on whether or not the items are gone for good (probably, but i dont want to craft 100s of more items to only have the lost ones pop up a few days later)

TH's post here shows an astounding lack of understanding doesn't it, I wonder if there are any devs who even play crafters. Maby they're all bounty hunters.

Are your devs stupid or what? Listen you guys changed vendors to list for 30 days instead of original 7 days but you did not have programmers change deletion from 14 days. Before items would be deleted after 14 days because that gave merchants 7 days after auction ended to do something with items. Now items are listed for 30 days but programmers have not changed the way vendors delete the items after being on there 14 days. Man are you guys idiots or what. HOTFIX this now if you don't it will be the beginning of the END!
And the game won't permit me to create a CSR report! "Try again later!"
Someone else stated a similar problem to what I am having (not receiving credits for sales)and I thought it might help if I post my story.
Earlier today I removed some items from my vendor to change the prices. I placed them for sale from the stockroom. After reading TH's post I took them off the vendor into my inventory, then placed them back on the vendor. Tonight someone bought those items, but I did not receive the credits in my bank account. I asked the buyer if the credits were removed from his account and he said they were. Shortly after that, another item was sold and I did not receive credits. This last item however was placed on the vendor a few days ago and was not ever placed in the stockroom. I've placed a CSR ticket and I'm waiting for a response. Any info or help would be appreciated. I'm hoping that after the server reset the credits will appear.

i have similar ticket...all i get is a run around...they basically say /bug it and refer you to an unrelated FAQ...
i have not been getting money from some sales
I have had money from a sale appear but it is not the correct amount...
I have money appear only to disappear when i relog....I never know if this is money from a new sale or money that is lagged since i havent gotten emails when logged off since august...but since it vanishes i guess it doesnt matter...
This is not quite what's happened with me, and I reported my Ticket #120868 2 weeks before the last publish, so... 6 weeks ago?
My situation was that I put 230+ itemson my vendor to sell. (Wall Modules, curtesy of Holocron hint to do Master Archi) I couldn't sell them at the price I had listed for, so I removed them all to reprice at a lower price. Yes, they were in the Stockroom.
While I had them removed, I got a couple orders from my guildmates for some Harvesters and houses, so I decided to make the orders before I put the Wall Modules back onto the Vendor.
I used approx 40 walls.
Two days later, I went back to pull some more Walls off and reprice the rest to sell, and I only hadabout 100 Walls left in the Stockroom. Hmmm. That doesn't add up, 90-ish Walls just poofed and they were all pulled down at the same time.
I wrote a ticket, I believe it was #1208608. CSRs got back to me over a week later and told me they could not help or reimburse me, as they did not track Vendor issues and also told me there was a "self-cleaning" feature to the Stockroom to prevent "exploit usage" as a Storage space.
After I protested about this feature and the lack of any warning about intentionally deleting my items, they told me to come to these forums and make a post stating my case and try to get others to agree and support my complaint about intentional item deletion, so that the Devs would maybe notice. (seriously, they actually made that comment in this ticket if you read it)
Needless to say, I was pretty mad. I've never played an MMO that deleted a player's items intentionally, much less with no proper warning and then tell the player "sorry, can't help you".
Unfortunately I've seen this a lot with myself and friends, with lost housing, Bank deletions, item loss bugs, etc etc...I hate to make the old "I'm going to cancel" threat, but I don't plan on renewing my account in Feb. as a result of these item deletion issues,IF this area is not improved. (including my "Jedi's Final Death" item and credit deletion complaint horse, that I beat with a stick every chance I get)
Please stop with the item deletions, all of them.. houses, harvesters, Bazaar and Vendor Stockerooms, Jedi Final Death... everything. It's very frustrating and just not fun. Item collection is one of the Top 3 MMO player interests and it sucks to always lose items, especially when told that some of those are intentional, but there are no in-game warnings that give a Player the chance to avoid the item loss.
As everyone has said it hasn't been 30 days since the patch, and they have described the real issue to you.
My question is, will we be compensated for the hundreds of thousands of credits in lost inventory?
