With all those smilies th reminds me of Jim Morrison,

Swg will be a great game tell all you freinds about it

IGN -- We often hear the loudest cries from a relative minority. Still, it seems odd that all the comments sent our way have been negative.
HADEN -- Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game. They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting on the forums.
TH -- At its core, the idea of polling players in game is valid and one I'd like to pursue, but when it comes to forum demographics, avid posters tend to be early adopters and power users. The feedback they provide is always valuable information.

Hey TH...

Congrat for making it big time, and getting the job as Assistant Community Manager. I was also in beta, particularly beta 3, and I do remember some of the things you posted, and what not. I also remember the sense of community that was there within those days on the beta boards, something if you ask me is currently lacking right now within the game. Anyway keep up the good fight for all of us!

On a side note... Much like yourself, I was also a big video games "geek" back in the day... Pushing 30, I still I have a little time to "regress" back to those days, but working, returning to school for a law degree, and just life in general prevents me from doing so most times. But when I can it is refreshing to see some of those old school people like yourself... I had the Atari 2600, Atari 800xl, Atari 1040STe, and TI-99 back in the old days. Being an atari kid, I loathed commodore! In fact to this day I have never used those machines! Some of my favorite games of the past were:

Atari 2600:

1)Pitfall -- this really is the grand-daddy of all platform games... Think about it, mario, sonic, Duke nukem (not 3d),megaman, and the whole boat load owe this small game everything...

2) Adventure -- The grand-daddy of all RPG games on a console system. I can remember the funky chalace glowing, and thoughthow cool it was to be able to play the game and search for the secret room with theprogrammer guy's name.

3)Bezerk -- Need I say more? Perfect conversion even forthe 2600...

Atari 800xl:

1) Ultima 4 -- Everyone who has played video games from that era knows Origin's greatest game if you ask me. It played on 4 disks, and theconcept of building a character to achieve "Avatar-hood" was really something different in the days of Bruce-Lee, Pac-Man, and etc... Long live king British!

2) Star Raiders -- This was an400/800 cart, but it worked fine on my 800xl... It was more in-depth than the Star-Wars arcade game (which was fun in itself), and really could play it for hours on end. There was awonderful simplicity in those games back then.

3)All the magazine Games -- How could we forget the hours and hours of time put into typing in those games in basic, or whatnot? I remember getting Antic, Compute! and one other mag that would let you do this...

Atari 1040ST

1) Dungeon Master -- Best game of the ST hands down

2) Space Quest Series -- The writing in those games were great! Space quest 1, 2, 3 were by far the funniest and best written.

3) Star Tropics -- Need I say any more?

BUt those were the days when I didn't do any school work, did sports, played on the computer, and basically was back when I didn't have to worry about Law school, bills, car payments, mortgages, and getting married! So coming here provides a little respite I must say... Well anyway I have gone on and on... But good luck TH! and keep up the good work!

-Ben

Ok I would really like a STRAIT answer on this from the DEV's PLEASE. I know that if we don't unlock by patch 9 we can't get our jedi until patch 10 is done. BUT the question that seems to keep getting avoided from teh DEV's is. Will our main Char the one we started the game with become the jedi. OR will be get a second new Char as in the old system. I know the only way to make sure that you unlock if you don't before patch 9 is to do all 32 Profs. I really want to know this because I don't want my main to be the jedi I want to get the second slot like in the old system if I unlock between patch 9 & 10. Can i please get a Yes or No answer to this. Thank you for all the info i know your trying to give to all the people pulling at you for it.

Please TH can i get a answer on this please.

Hey TH! Hope you had fun at Fan Fest and enjoyed the little alternate movie captioning in the Bar. Thinking about posting pictures here if possible. Get something started.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi again.
