Do you know what's really scary?
Just imagine what portion of the patches will address real issues with the core game once JTL goes live! Nadda, nothing, zip, zilch I bet.

Suggestion for vendors:
Make TYPES of resources expandable in the menu on the left...
You know, when you go to a vendor and then click on 'resources' to see JUST the resources on a vendor, you can now click on the type. For example, you can click on Energy (Liquid) to check for saaaayyy... class IV liq pet fuel for example...
Now, there is a huge LIST of pages and pages of items that come up... now, I'd like to see a 'sub catagory' for the "Energy (liquid) (or any type)" to list all the different types of resources. This will make hunting through pages and pages of stuff MUCH more convienent for players to quicky find the stuff they are looking for.
Make sence?

The shadow text works great for me and makes the text in game clear and easier to read. Before is was difficult to see the text above peoples heads and shop signs. It is now clear thanks. Not sure if having it in the chat boxes is a good idea or not, I didn't have any issues there.
Everyone's monitor and video card/settings is different so what looks great on one computer can cause eye strain on another. Please don't get rid of the shadow text, it is very helpful for those that need it. Put a toggle in the options for it.
Does the email 4000 character thing an increase or a decrease? The email size before was too small. I hope this wasn't a decrease. The email server is slow though and can take 10-20 sec to load a message. So I can see it being a decrease, however this is the wrong way to fix the email lag. Upgrade or optimize that server instead.
Thanks.
Must be my video card... because I find it almost impossible to read the names on signs and above character heads now
And it's easier to reduce the size of things on our end than it is to increase the size or numbers of the servers on their end

Fix Smuggler Tool Crates so they auto-pull again please, as ThunderHeart promised pre-Publish 10 that it would NOT go Live.

Everything I've seen so far of the shadowed text is just fine.
FINALLY, I can read names on planetary maps!

I agree with ppl on the text shadows, it was never included on text in the chat windows before publish 10. I can finally see what vendors are called now, woot. but please remove the shadows from the chat windows.

Increase the reward for the contracted crafting quests. You can make five times as much and get more crafting XP by running crafting missions from the Artisanterminals in Mos Eisley with less effort. And the profession quests, at that.

I would love to comment on 10.2, IF YOU EVER GET THE SERVER ONLINE!!!! Whats the hold up? Wasn't it supposed to be online at Noon EST? Sorry just ranting back to playing Burnout 3 and Fable
Actually if you read the announcement, you would see that the downtime STARTED at Noon EST. Therefore the servers are not supposed to be up for another 30 minutes at least as I write this.

You guys want feedback for Publish 10.2?
Well, alot of us would like some feedback on the missing combat documents we've yet to see. Is there a pattern between us losing Correspondents since the Summit and the missing combat docs?

The Email limitation is not a good thing. Force people to delete mail ok, but limiting to 4000 chars is too restrictive. Take a look at the Phoenix Call example.
Great newsletter now cut in half and double the processing time to send it all around, which means more email storage space as before, cause there are now 2 messages needed with header info.
(and thanks to all the non-rp-ers for one starring Grimbears initial post, you are all clueless keyboard heroes)

Thank you for bringing back text-shadowing on names etc, it is completely necessary for things like vendors. Not sure it belongs in the chat windows though, I would say remove it there.
