Thread: Second Wookiee Concept Armor
One thing though, is there any chance that we can get some looted segments? The basic and advanced segments are good but having some looted segments would be a good benefit.
Still though, it is really good to be getting all this. We can finally be on a level playing field
1st set of armor: Scarecrow, Wicker Wookiee.
2nd set of armor: A combination of Predator and Balrog.
Well nice artwork but when I look at this it makes me think at a jailed cow ![]()
I'm waiting for the final in game design... Soon it could be very funny to shoot on running cows and... o well.
Don't take me wrong they are very good work but not very Wookie like, just very funny!

Their uniqueness comes not from their 'traditional' and 'natural' technology, but from their good blend of 'traditional' and 'modern'.
Bowcasters are traditional Wookie weapons that often times combine older projectile attributes and newwer energy weapon ideas.
So why are all the Wookie Armor's made of Bone, Hide, and Wood?
C'mon! Wookies are strong! Give them a durasteel chestplate as thick as AT-ST armor! Give them helmets made of starship viewport material. Quit gimping one of the best races in the SW universe with false limitations of technological inferiority!!!
If I were a wookie I'd take these flimsy armors and break them on my knee to make padding for my REAL armor.
A set of armor that can deflect bolts of plasma (or whatever it is energy weapons in SWG fire) IS advanced. The fact that the main components of the armor are bone and hide indicate that some very advanced engineering is used. Coatings of extremely advanced avdanced materials? Nanobots? I think the Wookie armors are cool. Besides, Composite Armor uses wooly hide, too.
