Sorry again Holo


I wrote this after the quick fix patch ? and no the damage done by AP weps is not fixed AT ALL!!!


This is a game breaking problem, well its breaking mine and my heart too and so many others, what do we do sit in acantina untill next quick fix ?or at the worse another week ?


Or go back to DAoC untill this gets a bit more playable ?

The place looks pretty cool, but how do you guys expect this place to work with 50 people running all over the place. Most of us can't get the keycodes because they've already been taken from the corpses... If they do respawn, there's 5 people camping each corpse to get the codes first.

I don't honestly mind that the server was down. Well, it didn't make me happy but playing when the game is hosed makes me alot more uptite.

I like questing. I think its on the the things PvP takes away from and perhaps the biggest hangup with Jedi when we see them. How many Jedi are going to be able to ever explore the Universe? I think the Permadeath condition is a great idea but should be modified in some way at Master level. Maybe you are sent back to a specific place in the Universe or something. Oh well, it looks like a good patch over all and I hope to see more content and more stabalization of the Professions to the point they can be generally left alone.

We are checking on the rods. Hef won't take your evidence until you have gotten all four pieces, and you need the rods part to get the last piece. So you haven't actually finished it yet.

What in the blazes are you kiddies crying about now? "Not playable?" Aww, can your character not kill things in one hit now? Are you actually taking damage? Did you get killed in a PvP?

I can't say I enjoyed my experience with the warren. This sort of outdoor "dungeon" always turns into a beehive, and it strikes down the immersion greatly. If I find this dungeon, I want only myself and/or my group involved in taking the place apart. Instead, when I get there,the place is already cleaned out and swarming with people. And, of course, all thequest items are looted. In short,not fun.


I'll make a mild attempt at constructiveness: why not steal the "key zone" idea from Anarchy Online,using unique ID keys to effectively spawn different dungeon zones per player?And if a group wants to enter a dungeon,allow themclone the key and it's IDusing a tool (or radial option allowing distribution).


That way, everyone gets the full impact when they play through the dungeon, instead of having to wait until the dungeon is old news before having a look.

Thanks Holocron for checking on these apparent bug.


I went to the Warren last night but only briefly went in because it was really late. However, it looks like a very interesting addition to the game and I think we're all looking forward to when the bugs are worked out so we can finish it.


Keep up the innovative additions to the game!

I'm slowly working my way through, but it's kind of silly to be doing this with a ton of people just running all over the place, camping corpses for keys/letters. The reset timer on this stuff needs to be lowered because people are having to just sit there for hours to get the pieces of the puzzle.

Its on Dantooine. About equidistant from the Imperial Outpost and the Smuggler outpost. The NPC escapee youneed to talk to should be around the following wp just west of the Warren entrance and that waypoint is... wait for it.... wait for it....
