I do enjoy reading about our Dev's backgrounds. The most interesting Friday Feature so far was the analysis of the SWG Economy. The social/economic aspects of a game of this magnitude have to be applicable in a real-world scenario.

I do, however, have a major complaint about the way SWG seems to be narrowing into a smaller and smaller focus of the population.

Two of themost recent releases of content have been the Geonosian Caves and the Corellian Corvette. Both were ridiculously difficult, and most of my veteran guild lost interest in both after several attempts.

My guild consists of veteran players (myself included) who have mastered multiple professions.

Our preliminary analysis of the Death Watch Bunker is: NO INTEREST.

I feel that the long term survival of any MMORPG is dependent on the "Middle Class", and not some freaky "power-gamer" segment. SWG is going to have to do something to appeal to the "Middle Class" and keep all of us from leaving for games such as World of Warcraft.

Yep - Still have it too

Heh, I still have mine in my closet. I love those old games where an X chases an O around. I had some kind of zombie game where an X follows you (an O) through a maze.

Also had Sneak and Peek, a hide and seek game for two players. You would run off to hide while the other player closed their eyes, and then they would try to find you. Lol, a much inferior version of the real life game.

I also had Haunted House where you would look for treasure I think and run from ghosts. The ghosts were X's too if memory serves. =)

And of course I had combat, space invaders and more classics.

Actually I was present at old gat for roughly two years hawks, and under more than one name.

IGN -- We often hear the loudest cries from a relative minority. Still, it seems odd that all the comments sent our way have been negative.
HADEN -- Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game. They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting on the forums.
TH -- At its core, the idea of polling players in game is valid and one I'd like to pursue, but when it comes to forum demographics, avid posters tend to be early adopters and power users. The feedback they provide is always valuable information.

You came in about the last few months of the old boards BH4, and you didn't flame anyone outta anything. TH stayed in the Discussion Forums about 1 month after the split and only posted when Gennies posted in the GAT hole. :/

"You know not what you speak."

The phrase is: You know not --->OF<--- what you speak. It seperates the action from the subject matter.

I was there buddy...and I didn't need a slew of names to stick around.
