So I know this not for publish 7 feedback yet, and Im not a TK or smuggler, but what's with this delay attack nerf? And yes, it is a nerf. I know the difference between a nerf and a change, and I constantly tell others the difference when they use nerf inappropriately. But this is a Nerf.

You basically made all the delay attacks pointless and to the point of not really using, unless you wish to run likeworrt. Why you ask? Because it's great to stick a delay on something so they can't fight back, but not if you can't attack them back. If I delay them but it gets broken if I attack, then the only real use for the delay is turn tail and hit burst run.

I hear it's a cone effect now, but that's pointless with melee. If you think about it, up close, a cone of say 60 degrees or less, is not much if anything at all. Up close all you will getis the target directly in front you. Ifyou want to have the effect of a true AOE for melee players (and since its now supposed to be crowd control) let it be a full cirlce around them say 10-15m out. Because warcry also has a delay for usage on it, so if I can ony hit, maaaaybe 2 targets with it, its not at all a crowd control effect, and again, is still totally useless.

Why did warcry need to be changed? Why did any of the delay attacks need to be changed? I do not see what the problem was with them? If you are going to change things, especially ones that are very usefull to a profession, don't change it out of complete usfulness.

I agree, please reduce the shuttle wait times to at least half of what they are now. As some else noted, there is little to no "community building" while we all wait for the shuttles, and If I'm waiting alone, who am I to talk to??

? Bug: I don't know if anyone else has this issue, but when I click on the ticket droid to use my ticket, and the radial menu pops up, and I click "use Ticket"...nothing happens. I have to try usually three times before it accepts my "use ticket" selection. This has been happening for a long time.

? Bug: Probably reported, but I continue to rubberband/warp every time I exit my speeder or swoop. WHAM suddenly I'm 60 yards away from where I stopped and dismounted my vehicle.

Um, shouldn't a "Publish Feedback" thread for Publish 7 (and every thread) just routinely get started by TH the morning of the Publish?

Should we have to wait? Is it really rocket science to guess that every Publish has issues and data should be gathered about it ASAP?

3.) Graphic options need to save. Specifically "Show Detail World Objects" and "Fade Objects"

5.) The column width for bazaars and vendors should be retained after logging out and in again.

6.) The Diagnose window should be large enough to display all of a player's wounds by default.

7.) An option to CycleOutward nearest non-enemy target would be nice.

Please consider some or all of these and keep up the good work.

Some additional interface issues to consider.

With over 200 skill points to become master BH they need to be much much much more deadly end of story!

Oh but now Jedi are getting revamped after this next publish, isn't that nice.

Not Bounty Hunters or Smugglers or the countless other professions that have needed it since game launch.

We still CAN NOT craft the Droid Tool Belt

This is a NEW loot item from Pub 6 from the Emp's Retreat I believe.

It calls for Droid Tool Kit as one of the ingrediants.

There ARE NO Droid Tool Kits. apparently there was for like 3 weeks at the start of the game but then they where REMOVED.

Why are you giving us a NEW item to craft which calls for an item that does not exist??????????????????????

The new kits you have given the DE's to craft DO NOT work in the schematic.

Someone discovered what causes this most interesting bug and you can control if it happens to you or not.

Simply put, if you are still moving when you mount your vehicle/mount you WILL warp ahead when you hop off of it. I have tested this myself and have successfully been able to get off my vehicle without jumping ahead by standing still when I get on it.

So far, from reports on the CH board, it appears that the mount autofollow problem introduced in publish 6 has not been fixed.

Why?

Why has this bug, reported incessantly here, been deliberatly ignored?

What does it take to get the developers to fix the things they broke in the last publish?

I can answer this one. Basically TKA'ers or other unarmed professions were spamming warcry to Turrets and making it so they were never fired upon, thus being able to get up close and just take them out with ease. Hence a bug with both the turrets (an inanimate object, and thus should NOT be affected by a Warcry (a shout to put fear into somebody) from a humanoid). There you have it.

Also a note on BH's.

Not only does it cost the most amount of skill points to obtain Master BH - but you get NO damage mitigation WHATSOEVER past what you barely get in Master Marksman.

So yeah. A bit more defenses are needed for BH's. Especially Masters who take on Jedi (who in this point and time should NOT exist in mass numbers AT ALL).

Well I haven't been able to log in since the publish this morning. Have to work.

But here are my pet peeves for the week in Live.

1) Food, Drink and Spice penalty upon cloning.

Why is my clone's stomach full? He doesn't get the buffs but he gets the penalty so he can't use food or drink or spice? This needs to reset upon cloning.

2) Shuttles.

Just let us purchase connecting flight tickets. Even if we still have to run to the ticket collector, thats fine, just really annoying having to run to the ticket terminal to buy a ticket and get to the ticket collector right as the shuttle is taking off. (I have given up fighting for all shuttleports to be like Theed, I figure this is the most simple solution but if you haven't done it by now, for some unknown reason you will not share with any of us, this is a bad thing in your minds but for the life of me I can't figure out why.) This has been an issue since launch and has yet to be addressed.

3) Items storage in houses.

Too little. How can I only store 50 more items in a Medium house than I can in a safty deposit box at the bank? Just boggles the mind. Make furniture not count towards the items in the house. Make items in packs not count towards the items in the house. Up the ammount of items that can be stored in a house. Something please, this has been an issue since launch and has yet to be addressed.

4) Vendor searches.

There are countless vendors on every planet. Some full, some empty, some registered, some not. There needs to be a way to locate an item you are looking for on all Player Vendors. It is a waste of alot of time running arround to these vendors to find something you want. There is already a game mechanic that can be used for this, The Bazzar. It may have to be a seperate terminal but would work the same way the Bazzar does. You can search the region, Planet or whole galaxy for items on player Vendors. This would create better competition andwould also help the lesser known vendors out there get recognized because you will be able to compare quality and price from one location instead of running all arround the galaxy. Plus save all players a lot of time not having to run to 500 different vendors (the ones registered on the map) looking for something (most of them empty), and there was probably a vendor 100m away from them that had just what they were looking for, but it wasn't registered.

5) Priorities for what is being done to improve the game.

I was in a starport last night and had a discussion with another player who had just slid across the Shuttle area while waiting. He said "I guess that's why no one sits down anymore, so you don't slide. You'd think after a year they would have fixed that by now."

This is what frustrates the long time players (and the ones who have quit) not lack of Content really. I have been playing since launch and I still have not done everything possible in the game.

The people who complain about lack of content are the short timers. They are just playing to acheive posessions and Credits, not to actually play and enjoy the game.

Is new content nice? Yes. But lets fix all the current bugs that have been arround since launch.

Jedi is a minor % of the population and they are getting re-vamped already? before Smuggler, before Commando, before Squad Leader, and countless other professions that have been in the game since its launch? That is just a slap in the face for all of us who have played this game since launch or for any length of time. Jedi should be the last profession on the list to get revamps or fixes in my opinion not the first (as it seems it is).

I would actually like to hear why the Devs feel that Jedi warrants such attention. Why do you feel it is so important to fix that profession and not the countless others that are broken that have been that way for alot longer? Along with being more important to fix then the countless bugs that have been in the game since launch? Please Explain this to me because I do not understand.

Thanks

One thing I'm getting sick of all this lagg. The main cause is all the afk macroing. They think it does not effect game play. For about 90% of the players out there its just a star wars version of the sims online. Spend all their time chatting. Or will only go overt if they are in a group bigger then 10 and hide in the star port. But I don't wan't to go on about that. Since most of the time I am covert. But I'm a crafter. A covert BH. Oh well.

I'm just getting sick of this policy of allowing people to AFK macro. It does effect my game play when i start lagging. It effects everyones gameplay. If its ok for dancers to gain skill while afk. (BULL) Then why not let crafters. Well they can but that would be by using a third party progam. Why not allow tamers. because if they did it would be lame.

AND HOW IS TUMMBLING NOT A EXPLOIT!

Well I could care less how you gain your skills thats not my problem. what my problem is because they allow it the game is laggy. I wish they allowed PKing in this game. Please then just allow that to. Cant they add a spam timer to the game if you send to many commands to the server it will dump it.

PLS JUST ALLOW PKing IN THE GAME IT WILL SOLVE THE AFK ISSUE.

AND IT WILL BE LIKE A REAL GCW
