Apply the 75% damage reduction to CM's AND heals (it was said that the two were tied, and that reducing poison damage would reduce heals - at the simpiliest fix level).
Match dodge, block and counterattack - let who tanks bedetermined by player choice, not profession choice (melee wise).
Reduce armour effectiveness, temporarily moving stun out of composite vulnerabilities, so all non-jedi weapons are viable damage dealers in PvP.

Fix the defense stackers by making the defenses given on the 4th boxes, and stop asking for pvp reduction on cm poisons/diseases, 9/10 people who say that i bet 1 mil creds that they are a defense stacker cause that is the only thing that can hit them

75% reduction in CM dmg, poison and disease should not incap, or make them cureable at low level medic.

the fastest change you could make is to modify armor to be more resistant to many forms of attack
fully encapsulating armor should be highly resistant to poison disease fire
armor shoulr be moderatly resitant to health attacks increased resistantce to action attacks and highly resistant to mind attacks
give classes like doctors a break from armor penalties possibly even a trade off for accuracy armor kills doctors

Make people NEED each other again. Enough trying to appeal to those by allowing them to be their own gods. (buffs/compoarmor/temploiting/food)

Make Ranger a useful class by adjusting harvesting bonus, creature hit and damage bonuses, and making camo work significantly better than maskscent on creatures.
Make camo work on NPCs at reduced effectiveness.
Make traps work on pets/NPCs/players at much reduced effectiveness.
