Whata difference it made when you updated your graph card Makes me want to upgrade mine and crank some of the detail scrollers up a notch. Currently I'm playing with all shadows off and all details at very low to combat lag, I'd like to wander around and take in the stunning views while I play too.

That's awesome that you got to put this up TH - probably one of the best possible ways to look back over this past year and before, where we've come from, and hopefully gives us all a bit of perspective of how much further we can go.


And hey, I think I see myself in a few of the shots there It's been a heck of a ride, and while we don't all agree with each other on the direction of this system or that implementation, a lot of us still feel like this is our "baby" as much as the devs do in some ways!


Here's to another year of progress, and to the continued growth of this great experiment!

Anywho all that talk of sunsets and stuff reminded me that they're not as beautiful as they used to be ever since that late beta 3 patch when the stars were broken. Is there anyone working on that? I miss the smooth sunsets and rises from those days.
