You mention loot upgrades. I'm not a loot fiend, but can we get "stupid" loot drops to stop? 99% of the loot I get is "destroy on sight" class loot.

I'd rather get loot extremely rarely than get anything broken, 1 unit of any resource (unless it's always the same so it can accumulate), any weapon with a stat less than a novice can make... you get the picture.

AOE Bug:

Whenever there are large numbers of body objects around a subject that has an Area of Effect (AoE) attack, sometimes that attack will focus on one person or target, rather than spread out across all targets in the area. And it doesn't matter if the things around that target are living or corpses, the attack will stack upon one target. If all of the attacks hit, it's usually for massive damage, much more so than that creature is ever capable of in regular fighting.

Screenshots here:

(3062 damage, no armor absorption)

http://www.rauha.com/albums/album02/screenShot0214.jpg
(3169 total damage, with my armor only getting a chance to absorb once).

This issue is 2 MONTHS old (it was first reported in the Pistoleer forum as an advantage to Fan Shot users...but now it's evident it applies to all AoE attacks:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=pistoleer&message.id=29471&highlight=fan+shot+single+target#M29471

Note that I didn't believe it til later...I didn't think this would bug this way, but it has. Can someone look into this?

I would really like to see more content for those of us in crafting and entertainer professions who choosenot to take combat classes. One of the really nice features of SWG is that you can mix and match professions and play in the style that you want to. You have mentioned that the "I am a cleric, not a fighter" idea does not hold true in SWG several times already. Unfortunately, the focus has changed in this game lately and you almost have to choose a combat class now. It has turned into a system where content-wise combat/PvP players are first class citizens and us crafters and entertainers are basically just support for those players. It is as if we are just an afterthought in making decisions. For example, as a tailor I would love to have some of the new schematics that are rewards from the themeparks. Unfortunately, unless I want to gimp my character by dropping some tailoring or merchant skills and picking up more combat skills (I know that some people have a hard time thinking of this as gimping) I have no way of getting them myself. I can either sit at home trying to look cute until someone brings them to me, or I can bring a fighter along on the missions and sit in the background while they do the mission for me. Why can't I get things for myself and play the way that I want to play? Why is there so little non-combat content? Surely there can be some way to get this content by complicated artisan/delivery missions! I don't want anything taken away from the combat classes, just out fair share.

Mr. Vogel mentions in his 'State of the Game' letter linked from the homepage that profession revamps are underway for Chef, Droid Engineer, and Smuggler. The Chef revamp hits this patch, the DE revamp is in this and the next, but when is the Smuggler revamp? There is yet to be a post by a red name in the smuggler forum in several weeks (months?) and we are supposedly in the midst of a revamp? We didn't even get an In Concept topic at first because TH said we were really more of a space expansion profession anyway. Now, with the Crackdown set to launch with little to no input from the smuggler community, are we to expect the same lack of interaction and communication for our profession revamp?

how about new ways for jedi to get crystals?

i dont like killing 1000's of meatlumps and i dont think this factor of the game sticks to the continuity the designers are shooting for.

Concerning Bio-Engineered pets,

A lot of my time in the last several weeks has been spent experimenting and working on making the best non-ch pets possible. I keep hearing rumors of another pet adjustment fix coming with the patch on Thursday, but no details and no substantiation. Can you confirm or refute this, and if confirming, tellus which pets will be affected and which will not? My business is pretty much at a standstill right now because I'm afraid to sell pets that may or may not be made useless on Thursday.

Thank you for your time.

Also, when you said you'd "be looking at the armor class" in response to those wanting armor for Wookiees as well, does this mean you are nerfing all armor and we'll get scalped?

What or is there any changes in the pipeline for wookiees and Bowcasters. I know several people who have dropped playing wookiees because of the lack of attention to them. A few friends and I have continued to play them since the beginning because we are dedicated to them. Bowcasters in game are next to useless except for wall ornemintation. How can a weapon that no other race can manage to use be less powerful than a laser rifle? In the star wars realm outside of SWG the bowcaster is a spring loaded weapon that has changeable types of ammo. They are known to shoot through armor with ease or with explosive bolts they reek havic on the unprotected. Also who hasnt heard of the wookiees ability to get angry and rip out someones arm when pissed off. Our wookiees can barely rip open a bag of chips and they actually have to find an ewok to open their soda for them. I know this has been discussed before but I still havent seen anything done to fix our neglected race. Thank you for your time!

Economy. SWG economies are becoming inflated. It seems that there is too much money coming into the game but not out.

I am part of a small group trying to keep organic prices reasonable on Eclipse. We don't sell higher than 20cpu because we don't feel it is right. And I am still making very good money from doing this. But these people running around charging upwards of 80cpu and 100cpu are killing the economy. The end product costs are going to be outrageous.

I hope that the devs have seen this and heard this before. Just wanted to voice opinion.

Thanks

Take 2.

This will probably just get burried and never answered but I gotta post it.. I can just copy paste til it gets answered.

FACTIONS:

There are factions in the game now that it seems impossible to get points for. Take Desert Demon for one. Swoopers on Correllia used to give Positive Desert Demon FP. The howerver do not anymore. No other NPC Faction killed gives Positive Desert Demon FP anymore. So it is impossible to lower that -5000 most inhabitants of Tatooine have accumulated.

Another one is HUTT Faction. Not Jabba Faction, not Jabba Swooper Faction.. HUTT FACTION. While many things give NEGATIVE Hutt Faction, nothing gives Positve Hutt Faction other than Jabbas Palace. The amount that the Palace quests give are Minimal compared to the -5000 racked up by lots of people.

So my question is this. Are the Devs aware that Faction is totally out of wack, with what seems like 100's of seperate factions now with no way to get positve faction for a lot of ones that people would like to do so. And if they are aware of it is there a plan in effect to fix all these factions?

Thanks for your time.

P.S. Before anyone responds with YOU GET HUTT FROM VALLARIANS, or ALKAHARAS or anything like that.. Trust me, you don't. They give Jabba points, totally seperate from HUTT.

Here's a real, real, real simple fix for you.

Spraystick is supposed to be Acid damage
Tusken Rifle is supposed to be Kinetic damage
T21 is supposed to be Blast damage

Click here for proof that the Devs hate Riflemen. And here's the kicker! (Seperate thread)
