Quick fixes to make the game fun now: NPCs using weapons and special attacks, reduced resistances on all except faction armor and percentbased encumbrance, faction armor craftable with improved resistances with limited use schematics from recruiters, no permadeath for faction pets, doc buffs percentbased, fixed BH mission payouts, more imperial crackdown activities, replace SBDs on the corvette with high ranking NPCs, reintroduce a Jedi TEF, reward overt players with improved payouts and faction gains

I would just like to ask a few question.
but first a little background
Our PA worked very hard to be ready for the player cities
but alas we were un able to place a city mainly because of the timing on SOE's part of the patch.

Now we have heard that the cap is being lifted to allow for more cities.

We have also heard that the new player cities will not be allowed to grow larger than outpost size unless another city folds.
where we are we have 2 PA's ready to go with a total of almost 50 players.

We have spoke to the mayors of other player cities but none fit the Goals of our 2 PA's.

Please remember Not everyone that plays is able to spend 24 hours a day online and a good portion of your players have jobs and (oh my gosh yes) a real life.

Hmm, lets see, we have 3 guilds with about 80+ and have had our layout for a while, yet we can't place a Hall, thanks. Remove the cap and set stricter maintenence/guidelines. That will get the small cities out of the way, simple.

well as they said- we are first but cannot put ourselves on the map OR drop any mission terminals etc because the mayor got zero xp and the csr's wont refund it.


and if they dont fix the bug- we wont get any xp this week either.

Hello,

I am on the Lowca server, I love this game, I have been playing online games since 1997 and this game to say the least is unmatched !!!


I just have one small issue, I have been wanting to start aplayer city for mmy guild ETAF, But as we all know there have been caps that were met on several planets, that is understandible from what dev say that they will increased in small parts, first I have not seen that in a month, and I do not want to put a player city in the couple of planets that caps have not been met, that alone tells you that other do not want to place cities on those either.


What I want to know is, when will you open other planets like Endor, Dath, Yavin So that we may start cities there ??? I will tell you that from what Ihave chatted with others 85% - 90% of people that want to start cities are waiting for the same they want to start in on one of these undeveloped planets.


I myself alnog with several guild members preffer to start and are waiting to start a player city on Endor, we have scouted the planet and have a few proposed spots picked out already. We are just waiting on you to open them, why have they not opened to player cities ???


I also want to know are we able to place a City Hall down on one of these planets, to hold a spot for us when they do open up or will they be destroyed or unplacable ???
