and one more I forgot.....


Teaching languages includes teaching "Dosh, Dosh (Comprehension), and Dosh (Speech).Basically.... you need to teach three things to get the comprehensive skill. That's silly. Even worse, the "Dosh" or "Rodese" or whatever option without the parenthases seems to do absolutely nothing. Even a human newbie needs to be taught "Basic" but not the Basic (Comprehension) and Basic (Speech) skill.

Not a problem - many people make the same mistake


I was one of the earliest proponents of a cert system so that more people could have droids - and I would love to see true R2 type units become ubiquitious in the game.


I think it would flavor (content), be fun, and give DE's something to craft.


One thing you should realize - DE's don't want to be "uber". We are a strange breed, I guess - we want more droid in the game, we want to see people using our creations.


Many of us think that more usefull droids (even non-combat ones) would add to the content and fun factors of the game. Some of the ideas border on combat skills - like a droid with a spray module that affects mask scent abilities - but in general, the idea of utility droids is kinda like the idea of skill tapes.


My main problem with TH's statements is that he has said that there will be no added bonuses from utility droids - well, go look up the definition of utility as an adjective, and then tell me how he can call them utility droids.

Move up/move down abilities should be available in Publish 7

Why is it when i die overt and Iclone in say ancorhead,and im a rebel,why dose it say this city is not faction alined or something like that,and makes me covert again?I think any city with rebel mission and imp mission terms and recruiters should be listed as faction alined and stop cloneing us covert,if we died overt.Will they ever change this?

I did a search for this issue, and find no evidence that anyone on test center has seen it working (one report of inconsistent results. TH did post that it was controlled by /autosplit, but that may have referred to credits, not items. Credit splitting has always worked, Item splitting (or at least notification) is what is critical.


If it is in Publish 6, it should be on Test Center, soon if not already.

I'm going to have to agree with TheBlur, even if I don't make so bold a point...

WOOKIEE ARMOR!

I find myself a complete outsider in the world of PVP, because those races in armor wax the duraplast floor with my Wookiee behind every time.

PSGs are a joke, with weak resistances and even weaker durability. Please give us something that levels the playing field as a race.

Some Wookiee-specific armor may work well, if you're worried about balance, given that Wookiees do get nice stat modifiers.

Otherwise, you will soon see the Imperial Dream - a galaxy of humans, as the other races suffer for their inability to compete with armored humans...

Can we get server pages for each server. These pages can show data regarding that server as far as the war and the community.


I would like to see which PA's are available on my server and what members they have.


A few months ago you guys said that you would look into it, just like adding new music to the game. And it was dropped and never discussed again.


Please this would bring the community together more.

I have been getting these too, but have been blaming them on my computer. I don't, however, see them in other applications.


They are random occurances, and last from 5 to 30 seconds. My mouse and keyboard seem locked, the screen does not update, no indication of any retention of keystrokes or mouse clicks while frozen.


Even the three-fingered salute (ctl-alt-del) is locked out, which is why I was blaming it on my computer. Application software is not supposed to be able to capture or lock that out.

TH, Currently all wookiees are are gated from PvP and the GCWdue to lack of armor. People tell us that we can wear PSGs, get buffs, eat food and spice etc...but even if we do, so can everyone else. Is there any plan to level the playing field so the the wookiee can take its proper place in GCW? The way things stand now, we are limited to PvE ( at a disadvantage) and crafting professions. It is not very Star Warsy that the strongest race in the game is in reality the weakest

And my big question, again....


Any news on the Hero/Hermit quests? This is not a static quest, since the spawn is random, and it is not a theme park. So this quest has not been adressed in the update/in development issues. Nor has the broken POI Aquilsh Cave Badge been mentioned.


If you like, I'll just copy and paste this question every week, with all of the salient points, as well as the link from the test center from 3 months ago, TH, in which you specifically said you would look into it and get back to the hundreds of us that are badge collectors and want this fixed.


As I said in previous weeks, even an answer of "I cannot answer this question" would be appreciated. Going into 3 months of ignored posts regarding this matter is beginning to drive me a little buggy. I've been as polite and sweet and kind as I could be, but I am beginning to become just a wee bit frustrated from hearing nothing but crickets.

Hey, TH, any particular reason we are downloading a rather large file when we log into the game today....and yet nobody bothered to tell us in advance it was coming, and it didn't appear as a message on the patcher?


I and many others are speculating that this is part of the next publish. However, if someone there would have taken a minute anywhere to post a message about this, we would have felt a lot better.


Something to keep in mind for next time.
