While that is good news i have to wonder.
Why is it that any time we ask for something anda responce is given 90% of the time the phrase "It's difficult" is in there. No one asks if it is hard or easy just that if it can be done. Saying it's "difficult" or "harder than we anticipated" makes the team sound lazy or like they don't know how to code the very game they created from scratch.
Just an observation...

I agree with the armor arugments. It decays far faster than weapons and yet its the one that gets nailed with the double decay. Of course without armor decay the entire insurance and decay system would be useless because nothing else actually decays. It reaches 0 and is just as good as if it were new.

Fantastic!!
But I must add... are we sure? Is this set in stone? Can I restate and get a confirmation?
By Factional... you mean If I am either Overt or TEF'd and die in PVP or on an NPCFaction Mission... IF I'm Insured there is NO decay?
If so... very nice... Thank you

I'm happy about the change, but I feel bad for the programmer who had to work (probably) most nights and all weekend long to get this change into this publish just because some people couldn't accept a simple mistake and wait a little longer for the change.
Thanks for saying so BigSteve
I'll pass along your kind words. They are much appreciated.
