yeah this is drama. however i think it would be beneficial to the cause (the cause to get this major point through SOE's head that they can not do the things they are doing to us) that the few that are continually posting on the last few pages should stop posting. keep the clutter to a minimum so if the devs actually decide to read this (most doubtful), they will see a wide range of people with a wide range of views (<-- lol yeah right we all know what every1 is thinking).

thanks for considering this message (especially you cynnn)

Well theres a rant on people who rant. Nice. Well since you asked Mr. "been here5 months" I'll answear. Take a look at alot of the people leaving. Most have been here close to a year or longer. Only so many times can one here something before they lose faith. Maybe they feel that this was the last straw and if they showed that they cancelled it's just possiible that maybe we can get a few priorities switched here instead of seeing our entertainers friends get content and race tracks shipped out, while there are combat profs with 2 working specials since day one, Unbalanced pvp and NO GCW atm to speak of. Normally I wouldn't care and just skip your post all together but I don't think you have been here long enough to witness the promises time after time and to be asked to give feed back on Tc only to have it ignored and about 20 other things that have went wrong in the last 6 months. People are mad. Not disappointed like you. They were disappointed before. I have to say most like me are pretty disquested with it all together. Let them rant if they want and quit being a hypocrit by ranting about the ranters.

Seriously... get the production team from Spiderman 2 over here.

This is honestly... just, wow...

If I log in tomorrow and don't see a big "Whoops, nevermind!" post, I'm going to be very surprised and appalled at the complete disregard for revenue loss.

Thunderheart is just the messenger. Pissing on him doesnt accomplish anything.

Dear Thunderheart,

You've officially made the worst mistake of your career. Thousands of accounts are cancelled, SOE is banned.

You, my chum, have made this game into the worst excuse of an MMORPG ever. Please go back to whereever you came from, and on your way there shut the servers off.

I personally know of over 10 accounts cancelled within my guild, and more to come for sure. Good job, feel proud.

Go fly your X-Wing and taunt Jedi in front of people like they pay you to do, you sellout poser.

well, we know they have sold 400k copies of this game x $50 and they probably still have about 100k subscriber paying $15 a month...

what are they doing with all that money? Spending it on hookers and whiskey? And how come they don't at least post some pictures of the hooker so at least we know the hookers are hot and the money was well wasted.

SOE has made (if you take a pathetically low average of 100k members since inception) well over 15 million dollars a month. A MONTH. PER MONTH. Fifteen. Million. That's just a low-end estimate, since the numbers in sales were given around 300k about half a year ago, and many remaining players have multiple accounts.

100,000 members x $15/month = $1.5 million/month

Yeah, I know. I was a bit pissy in the post and mis-calculated that there easy math. Still, 1.5 million a month isn't chump change. And it could probably get you a few hours on Star Tours alone.

I would like whoever is above Thunderheart, whoever is above Q-3PO and whoever is above Shug_Ninx to come on here and explain to hispaying customerswhy SoE willnot hire additionalskilled programmers for this obviously in trouble project if they are having this many problems. It's completely and totally absurd that SONY and LUCASARTS, two obscenely rich companies, cannot afford to hire the people they need to make things happen.

They shouldn't have to consolidate the team and do one thing at a time. Weren't we even told that there was two seperate teams working on the game? One for Live Publishes and one for JTL? So that JTL development would not impact live SWG development? Obviously that was a "miscommunication". They need more developers, I even remember a post where TH hinted that they didn't have programmers on staff with enough knowledge to do some piece of coding and they'd have to find someone else to do it. These kinds of things shouldn't be happening from companies like this on a project like this.

Personally I'd say scrap Jedi totally, they've already ruined the game enough. We werefine formonths before they showed up we'll be fine without them again. The devs keep harping that "the community wanted to play Jedis" well show us the numbers. Show us how many accounts have an active Jedi and how many don't. If you want to protect your subscription numbers just tell us a percentage than. Lets see just how much of the community really wanted Jedis and how many just want to play Star Wars. I think it'll be suprising. I knowin my guild of about 60 people, we have3 Jedi. No one else is close to getting a Jedi either, and most simply couldn't care less.
