Adjust speeds and accuracy accordingly to the combat proffessions and unnerf the changes you made to proffessions you changed for the combat revamp or bring it to scale whichever is easier.

Make all elite combat trees be based on Combat exp ,make all clones death cause a loss of combat exp , its good for jedi its good for fencer TKMS

Don't do too much until you can do the entire system, piecemeal changes will only make things worse. Wait until you can do everything all at once.

Just one idea, the only one wich can work : Make one planet full PvP, with perma TEF, with a large amount of HQs, and faction features like the one you have already developped. Why not creating : HOTH ?

Make the force defender tree provide at least as effective defense as that enjoyed by a fencer/TKM.

Fix human stat caps so that they can't raise every individual stat to 1100.

Fix feign death so that pvp greifing isn't possible and so that mobs don't re-aggro you when you stand up.
