Hmm well I guess the publish a month and mini patch every two weeks is out the window. =( I pretty much play in anticipation for patches and publishes. Usually a week or so before the next patch comes out, I get bored and stop playing while I wait. Just wish there was more of a schedule to these things. You did pretty well with getting patches to us at least close to a month apart.. but it seems like the times keep stretching.

Just for clarification, You're seeing stat shifting on newly created armor on live servers and not on stuff that was made on test when it first hit? For some reason I was under the impression they had addressed this on test, but I could be wrong.

I have not gotten in game today yet, but based on what I've heard the stat shifting bug is still happening.

Hmm, this isn't happening as it was before. I think we were told something different about mini-publishes and time frames quite recently.

If the publish is going live with out the Corvette because theres still testing/problems with it, why not just tell people. That way people can enjoy the work you guys have done for now, rather than focusing on the negative aspect of what hasn't been done.

I think the pressure of managing expectation and delivering in MMORPG's is very hard. I persoanlly would prefer to see fixes nearly each day, with a monthly update all at once with new content and larger fixes. We have been through the system on monthly publishes, they then weren't monthly and now the mini publishes are not even running to schedule. Will it get to the stage where we have 8-10 mini publishes and the major updates are things that people dream about.

Let keep it to schedule and if things are having problems, just let us know. I think you realise that being honest on these boards has got you the respect of the majority of the player base, lets not get wrapped up in developer speak, you say your one of us, so why not just level with us?

Yay...rifleman get a new cert...like they needed one...and the Carbineers still have the worst HAM costs, completely unmanageable without doc buffs, of all the combat professions. How about throwing us a bone on that one until the combat revamp please.

I agree, it doesn't make any sense to leave wookies with the ability to adjust their stats higher AND wear armor. How is that balanced? It should of been an either or situation. I haven't seen the stats on wookie armor as of writing this, so I might be misinformed/blind as i write. But if the wookie armor is not capped at some level below what normal armors can reach, this isnt balanced to me. Advantage wookie.

If wookies get full armor, why can't trandoshans?? Why must I suffer without gloves or foot armor as a trandoshan?? I can whine just as well as any wookie to get what I want, if I choose to go that path. So when are trandoshans getting the rest of their armor suits?? Just because I have large feet and hands means I get excluded, just like wookies who had larger stats and no armor till now got excluded??

Now that you have one race (wookie) balanced more with this armor of theirs, its time to look at the other races that are being segregated. I want my trandoshan boots and gloves!!!

Some of you are way over reacting to this.

The Devs can't win. They got yelled at months ago when they released a new publish that had bugs. Everybody said, "take your time and get it done right, we don't want new bugs!" So, they take their time and develop each publish and try to test it to eliminate as many bugs as possible now. Now, everyone yells at them for taking longer with the publishes.

yall do realize the wookiee armour is just a cruel joke right? Im looking forward to punching holes in the new wookiee armour just as fast as i punched holes in their fur.

I think the issue is that rather than taking longer, they don't manage the expectation or clearly communicate exactly what is going on with the publishes. My expectation was Corvette this mini publish, what has transpired is that corvette is the next mini publish? I thought there was only one between major updates?

I completely agree DarthMinos. There are people in this world/game that do nothing more than look for something to **edit** and moan about. If I were the devs I'd just accept it as that and continue on as I see fit. I think they're doing a wonderful job, some things are annoying but I have yet to come across a 'show-stopping' bug that didn't allow me to enjoy the game. Good job Devs, keep up the good work.

The devs broke mounts 6 weeks ago.

We are still waiting for an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that there is a problem and something is being done.

Furthermore, they nerfed the poodoo out of creatures in publish 5 as the first stage of a promised 3 to 4 month combat rebalance, and now, that we've waited nearly a third of a year for the payoff, they're postponing implementation, leaving CH high and dry and gelded?

No. They've had more than enough time to get their act together on this. If I were Darth Vader, they'd all be doing the Captain Needa grasp-at-the-throat-apology-dance right now.

I have seen very few informed opinions about the wookie armor. i have seen Massive amounts of complaints. i am suprised people have not been writing in to complain about their broken dishwasher. GEEEZZ. Complain complain complain. not many more skills than that.

the wookie armor is great looking. oh yeah, guess what. wookiees have been begging form armor and now they get. gues what, they dont like the looks. complain complain complain.

people are running around with80% resist armor, wookies get some armor that is probably a little better then a personel sheild generator. but devs have to listen to people start complaining about now wookies may be able to battle us uber armor wearers. handicap the wookiees so we can get some kind of advantage again. complain complain complain

Trandoshian? you are complaining becuase you cant cover your feet and hands and head?as far as i am concerned if armor was not in wookiees history they should not have received it. THE DEVS SHOULD NOT GIVE INTO WHINNING. people should role play. a weakness is a weakness and a strength is a strength.

wookiees are the strongest race of the bunch. armor would not slow them down much. but PvPers are complaining. PvPs are the ones most likely doing the complaining. if so i can understand. when getting into a fight with another player you would like to at least stand the chance of winning. hhmmmm when you fight a wookie or a Trandoshian do you take off your armor?

yeah people want things fair. lets be for real. people should stop fronting and be for real. if you guys could you would put in codes to make you invulerable.
