You're punishing merchants for slow sales, Droid Engineers are about to get f*cked up the darkhole by this because what they sell isn't necessarily fast moving or high volume. Armorsmiths and Chefs who are up and coming, trying to break into the established market are going to suffer as well. Legitimate sales of loot items are highly variable based on interest in the items being sold, so may not move consistently.


Removing vendors from the planetary map is one thing, but deleting the vendor is an abusive revocation of items from a player.I seem to recall looting on death and item confiscation during the Crackdown as having been quashed for the same reasons.


Any chance we can get some friggin' consistency here? I mean, otherwise, this mini-publish is great.

If people are such lame crafters that they can't sell one item in two weeks they can have the 10 second time sink of taking something off and re-selling it ooooooh


Something needed to be done about the dead vendors.

That's the kicker, I'm NOT a crafter. I don't make any illusions about BEING a crafter. That does not imply that I don't have a use for a vendor that exceed the limited scope they are trying to pass off as acceptable. My vendor is expressly for the ability to passively aquire items of interest from those who know I'm interested in purchasing them.


Commerce works in both directions.

Can we get some word on phase 2 of the village.
This would be a great chance to clear up past mistakes of complete silence until the community gets really upset, and give a simple clear explanation of why the village hasn't changed phases 3 weeks after it started, as stated previously.
I realize that gating progress means more money for SOE, but gating progress plus silence about gating progress only creates more headaches for everyone.

    Doesnt address the major non Jedi related issues in the game.

    Why do items stored in an armoire or chest in a house count against the total number of items in the hosue? Shouldn't it be like a back pack when worn?

    So, Light Jedi are Forced to kill if they want to stay without being killed????

    I understand that the "real" jedi, not killing a BH, probably would be hunted again and again -if he couln't do anything about it using another of his powers!- but as the game does not allow it... WHY IN THE Hxxx ARE LIGHT JEDI FORCED TO KILL????

    C'mon.. give an alternative.. dont do this again and again.. where is the Light Jedi Code in this game.. are you really thinking a light jedi is forced to kill of flee?? Cannot he use Mind trick, or fake death or incountable other force tricks to keep his hunter away? I mean, if he has the opportunity at least.. but that is what it is supposed to have when he incapacitate the Bh...

    you have to kill for the same reason we BH's do. bounty hunter isn't about being an assassin, it's two separate things. in this game jedi aren't jedi, bounty hunters don't hunt bounties, smugglers don't smuggle.

    This REALLY sucks ass.


    The FS Village went live on the 31st August.. Hence Phase1 active on 31st August.

    We have been TOLD time and time again by the Devs and CSR's that the phases are on a 3 week cycle.


    It is now the first day of week 4 and we are still on Phase1.


    Where the hell is phase2.. why is there no indication of why it is late.. why have the Devs yet again changed something and lied to us?


    Are they now realising that perhaps getting Initiate may be too easy and are trying to mess us about to slow us down????


    WHERE IS PHASE 2 AND WHY ISNT IT IN TODAY.. THIS IS NOW WEEK4
