Macroing Jedis inside houses should be considered exploit...

A simple fix? Do not let anyone get combat related xp inside houses...

you cant macro inside a home, if you do your instantly kicked out of the house, if you get a Tef your kicked out of the house.

problem is the roof of a house is considered outside, which is dumb, I cant decorate the balcony on my large, or the roof in the guild generic house. those should be fixed.

As for the whole Jedi Mission thing. Its broken, if 5 people or BH cant hunt 1 person, what chance does he have, and then you consider they have 0 terain navigation, no defeses.

Sorry, TH, but the Jedi BH was a good idea, but activated before anyone can test it properly. the short term fix is to remove skill loss for 1 month, have all the jedi's and BH report all the bugs or allow charecter copy to test and lets do it there.

Understand JEDI EXP (exp based on normalized kills)

Master Elite Prof 3,891,000 exp / 4200 exp = 926 Rancors for Master Elite anything
Master LightSaber 15,280,000 exp / 1000 exp = 15280 Rancors for Master LS

To all the jedi that complain about you have no defense or no terrain neg and it is too easy for BH to track Jedi! Well one solution. Do not when you are lower levels use so much force power to be on the BH Terminals. I am and friends of mine are Jedi and I have not once ended up on the BH Terminals. Knowledge plays a beautiful thing in a game... Practice too.

Tracking is fine, the group tef is not.

The current exploit is:

BH groups, finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi. Jedi gets DB'ed not by the BH but by the group member, mission is still active.
BH finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi. Jedi gets DB'ed not by the BH but by the group member, mission is still active.
BH finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi. Jedi gets DB'ed not by the BH but by the group member, mission is still active.

ect. ect.

Another Version:

BH finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi 3x. Jedi dies not by the BH but by the incaps, mission is still active.
BH finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi 3x. Jedi dies not by the BH but by the incaps, mission is still active.

BH finds jedi, Attacks and incaps the jedi 3x. Jedi dies not by the BH but by the incaps, mission is still active.

This is HUGE and gamebreaking for jedi as I witnessed it myself last night helping out another jedi being attacked walking out of the clone center. My jedi is officially shelved until this is fixed.

A big issue is the afk-macro'ing jedi. This really is a minority of the jedi profession, but the majority of the players who are doing this can't find/afford crystals. It's much better xp to actually hunt with their characters. Fix the spawn/drop rates on these and afk-macro'ing will go away.

Also, there are many ways to "grief" these missions on both sides of the battle, they need fixes badly. In it's current state it brings no content to either profession.

Yeah top priority for me is the droids not giving the "target is not online" msg when they are online.

The exploit is it's a game provided way to track another player and grief them into skill loss by abusing the group tef or the 3incap in 10min rules.

Something it sounds like you would do since you have to ask.

So what was the point of that extra sentence there cavemanjack? Drop the ignorant assumptions and keep the info flowing - this is a good topic...

The only question I'd like to toss out there, is what is the incentive for the jedi to fight in a mission against them? Is there any way that by killing xx amount of BH's all of the missions are lifted, or are they supposed to all stay until the jedi is dead? Is there any benefit other than not dying? If a jedi wants to not die, all they have to do is run, find a safehouse, and then logout....if this becomes the tactic that jedi use, it's not really adding any content into the game.

I say give the jedi a reason to fight. Give them a decent xp bonus for every BH that fails a mission against them after the jedi incaps them. Give them motivation to fight the battle instead of running. You really don't need to fix the "cheap" tactics, but simply add some fun and motivating factor that is so attractive, people don't even care that there is another course of action to take.

For the most part, Jedi is a PvP class, but the method of unlocking is extremely unattractive to serious PvP players who haven't wanted to gimp themselves out of the GCW to play a jedi. Due to how the entire system is set up, Jedi do need some motivation to fight.

This is the most broken thing I've ever seen

All it allows is for the jedi to be griefed endlessly

My jedi was killed yesterday by a BH who tracked me down.. BUT he didnt do the deathblow, one of his imperial friends did.. allowing him to KEEP the mission on me

He immediately flew back to the nearest cloning center (on dathomir) and attacked me, allowing his imperial friends to kill me AGAIN

At this point i logged out with 2 deaths...

When i logged back in later i had 3 tracked deaths due to the logout/disconnect bug adding another death if you do it while already dead
