In my experience since the patch (not that extensive, maybe 5-7 droids launched to try to track 3-4 Jedi), the waypoint have sent me to the starport nearby, but never updated. For example, I was tracking a Naritus Jedi, Candiddy, yesterday afternoon. The waypoint led me to the Theed Starport, updated twice to the same location (where people load after flying in), and I found Candiddy in the Cantina. So the droids seem to be working as far as planet and general location, but do not get any more specific. Another led me to the Endor Research Starport (again where people load after flying in), but the Jedi was long gone, and the droid wouldn't track. Hope this helps, and you can get this fixed ASAP

Location: It seems my droids always get stuck at shuttles (player cities and fix shuttles). The waypoint never update after.

Not sure if it's related at all but I only have box 3 in investigation. I heard quite some MBH that were successful tracking their target with droids and "dabblers" that were bugged. Could it be related with the time a droid take to track a target? Dunno, just throwing some thoughts here.
