Wow, never have I seen so many people that think they deserve somthing... Im actully impressed and must say Kudos..
Any chance you could throw some of that GAL my way so that I can get more money? ...lol
I agree with one of the posts that simply has the statement , you are no closer at 15 profs then 4 + 1 .
When I had to do 30 profs- I was not any closer at my 3 holos, in fact I was screwd with no help so in the respect I see your point. (in the same balance of it all you are no more jedi then the guy that did 4 + 1 , although they raised the requirement for sure..)
So with that in mind as long as they keep it up and make sure its not a "give away" to even the ones that played for a year but didnt grind..then that was exactly that CHOICE.... they chose not to get credit and chose not to grind.
Nobody said to anyone "You cannot be jedi", they didnt say you cannot do professions-- some said screw it and played the game...that is cool alot did that now they want something for not using the method and cash in on anything they can now. ( I know a few like that).
It all comes down to choice guys... all choice, you chose one way some chose another...its actully easy to understand it.

Just wanted to say thanks to the devs for reconsidering the reward for holo grinders. To me an extra week of tweaking is well worth the wait if it means less then 200mil of xp grinding and a working system. Devs you got a tough job making this game great, most of us appreciate the hard work that goes into it.

I would think that alot of you would enjoy doingthese quests. I think you shouldnt skip quests and if you get credit in some other way let it be in XP or something that would reduce the boredom factor. What do you guys think about that?

Oh I'm sorry I wasnt talking about people that unlocked in pub 9. I was talking about people that have done the grind but havent unlocked yet. As for people that unlocked during pub 9 that a whole different matter indeed! I would be very unhappy if they made you jump through even more hoops. I mean YOU UNLOCKED end of story I think you should start ready for the padiwan trials. I hope they treat you guys right and dont mess with you anymore than they have already

I don’t think completing the force sensitive requirements to reach Padawn should be easy, but at the same time, I think it should be easier and quicker for those who have played the game, made use of its content and mastered professions.
If you unlocked between Pub 9 and 10 you should automatically start at Jedi Padawan. It’s only fair to those who have been playing the game according to the system that was designed.
For those that haven’t unlocked, I think any solution needs to be based on these precepts:
1.Long time players should be rewarded more than those who just started.
2.Reward players who make use of the content in the game.
3.Allow players to play the professions they want to play and not have to grind others.
4.Encourage players to interact with each other but allow the solo player the ability to advance through the game.
2.Reward players who make use of the content in the game.
3.Allow players to play the professions they want to play and not have to grind others.
4.Encourage players to interact with each other but allow the solo player the ability to advance through the game.
Based on these precepts I think any solution should include the following (keep in mind that it takes at a minimum 7,450,000 force sensitive experience points to advance to the Padawan trials):
1.A graduated force sensitive experience reward based upon the number of professions currently mastered. The more professions mastered the higher the reward per profession. The idea of simply giving skill boxes doesn’t work as the amount of force sensitive experience required as you advance in a tree increases.
2.Force sensitive experience rewards for making use of the content in the game – based on badges received for the Warren, Corvette, Hero, Deadeye, racetracks, etc.
3.Free skill branch unlocks (the ability to train a tree even if the quest for that tree hasn’t been completed – the user should still be able to do the quests if they like) based upon the amount of time already in the game.
4.The player should still have to convert their skill experience to force sensitive experience and continue to work in their profession to get more experience to convert, even with the above rewards, but the conversion rate for regular experience to force sensitive experience should be reduced – either back to the original 10:1, 1:1 or slightly higher, say 15:1, 2:1. The current 30:1, 3:1 for combat professions is too much.

Feedback/Bug
I was on Sgt Saguilo's (spelling?) 1st quest of patrols. I was on patrol 3/10. I across "A lone figure left from battle" while I was driving. He immdiately agroed me. Well, it happened so fast that my computer instantly loaded me to 6000 meters away from the patrol point ( it loaded me to 0,0). I got a message that said "A must be a peace to enter the wall of mist". Thats kind of unfair and BS since it was Sith on the patrol point I was patrolling, only to get loaded 6000 meters away.
Also, when do we qualify for the second slot? We were told once we became "Force Sensitive", we could choose to go one the quests, or use our second slot and get them "Force Sensitive" to go on the quests.

Instead of trying to impliment 4 phases that are in good working condition, why didn't they just work on phase 1 as we will have another 3 weeks until phase 2 starts!? Then go onto phase 2 when publish 10 went live.
My two cents...
Because it's just not that easy, borderp. They need to test the interaction between all phases, too and there happen to be quite a heap of bugs there as I can tell as someone helping in testing it.. you really don't want to be stuck with one quest only to see that 3 weeks later this fact gets you stuck with another quest as well, because your quest-data got corrupted somehow. Better let that happen now to us tester on TC than later to lots more folks on all the live servers.

Due to weights of the badges we have to get in order to be visited by old man. You need to think of these weighs again IMHO.
I have;
45 explorer badges (master explorer),
50 badge collector,
Master TK,
Master Fence,
Master Brawler (starter),
Neutral Corvette Destroy,
Jabba Theme Park,
Nym Theme Park,
Rebel Theme Park,
2 Warren Badges,
5 Hero of Tat badges,
1 Keren Race (corellia) badge,
Librarian Question badge.
and I am still surge in the force. Either that must be a bug or, or you have to re-calibrate the weights of the badges, because what a man could do more?
I cannot race more, due to my computer slowness andinternet speed of my country (too laggy the game is for me to race). So it would be unfair to the players which is in my situation. And also, I do not want to do more buggy corvette missions by all means with the well earned rights, simply they are buggy (also cannot soloable). I can do more master grinding, but what is the point in this, then bring back the holo-grinding.. You can make more badges like Librarian questions. 'Cuz they are really good and hard questions. And with this way only who has ideas about STAR WARS universe (yes too much info, kthxbye) can become FS not only the hardcore players with radeon 9800 and 1mbps lines. Simply add 3 or 4 question badges. I can do more theme parks, they are real fun, easy, long, funny IMO. So, that's my feedback give us more badges or re-calibrate the badges' weight. I personally suggest the second one recalibrating, HERO and THEME PARKS can give like 4 times more valueto us to be glowy... not just because I got them, it is because everyone who is dedicated enough can get them without unfairness.
