The only issue is the defense cap. While the cap is acceptable, it is only one half of the issue. This change only changes the system BACK to the everyone get pistol and stack the accuracy mods mode. A cap simular to the one on defenses should also apply to offensive skills. CAP ACCURACY!

What about some Tailor Profession revamps. Especially on the Color controls, and Tissue enhancement systems!

And the inability to see your customizations on jewelry until after the item is finished crafting!

rofl, perhaps you shouldn't put everything into PvP, afterall, there is SOOOOOOOOOO much more you can do in this game than just that. People seem to think that PvP is all, but i think it's overrated. I means seriously, I'm fine as BH in PvP, but i also love hunting. Now if i really wanted to "own" in PvP, then i would do a TKM/Master Pistoleer, but that leaves for only PvP and not much hunting, unless its looting.

The point is that any player can choose to play Starwars the way they want. If they want to be all PvP, its their choice. I too am all PvP and for me that is the only part of the game I want to play.

An answer on what the hard cap will be needs to be told to the players before this publish comes out so they/we can adjust accordingly.

Nice changes,

In combat wise, good for AT-ST's for killing us more in cantinas or in medical centers and taking out all balance in PvP.

In my opinion huge pets or AT-ST must not enter into Cantinas or any buildings like Medical Center, Cloning Center etc. Even by story line Imperials are more powerful, but this is some kind of overpower.

At least looking at that side, Rebels only having 5K HAM Specops maximum, Imperials having AT-ST's and 9K HAM Stormtroopers, make soldiers equal at least. 4K matters. I believe trained in wild guerillas have more practical combat experiences against imperial soldiers. I must also remind the thin line in gaming between 'fun factor' and 'realism'. Too much realism just kills more of fun factor.

But I was planing on making a post on light sources for houses then I saw this post and really loved it. It was funny living with ancient torches in a droid age. Also we'll see more beautiful decorated houses by UP and DOWN movement and can make our houses more usable without having to use stairs

It's wonderful to hear taking out vehicles without camping (which some may not need Scout at all to sacrifice 15 skillpoints) and also hoping this 30 seconds delay on vehicle - pet calling is for wild only, not cities...

PS: Posted this post to wrong place before, now I guess it's the right place on Publish 7

I've got it now folks, the time delay and why. This is pay back to all the exploiters who sped their way along on professions and crafting skills. You used your AFK macros far too long and now the pay back. You will each now wait 30 seconds a summon. Heh, the time (and $$ ) will be paid back to SOE for your exploitations. Sadly the casual player must also pay for the exploiters exploiting of the system.

And to the dolt that directed people to the Holocron FAQ, I now direct you to the EULA which takes precedence over all. Read Article 7. There will be NO macros that allow UNATTENDED PLAY!.

But, enough of that, another reason I am quitting is because of the stupid and foolish non realistic, totally moronic implementaion of "animal/creature" resources recycling. There is no way in hell any world in any BELIEVEABLE time period ever had animals and creatures that RECYCLE their RESOURCES! You gotta be kidding me when a Womp Rat now drops the meat of a FISH! When I came upon this in the game that was the straw that broke the camels back, this is the most stupidiest developed game I ever played, my gawd it's even worse than AC!! And that's really getting low when a game sucks as bad as AC, oh wait, it's getting close to SHADOWBANE as well as being the crappiest game I ever saw developed. I can't believe George Lucas had his hands on this piece of crap design.

I am so afraid of EQ2 now, if this is the same development team working on EQ2 that made SWG's, EQ2 is gonna suck so bad. You guys are lame developers! Where's Brad McQuaid, he knows how to develop a game.

In the time that swg is set there are not loads of jedi anyway. so this keeos the it true to the era it is set in.

What is up with Jedi players why should they be left alone to get to an invincible master whilst no one can touch em.

Cant wait for this so i can hunt jedi down.

i did not got Master BH and use all my points just to shoot NPCS this is going to rock

Jedi stop moaning use your skills and hide until you are strong enough

TH

Quote from the Rules of Conduct page on the main SWG website:

1. You may not harass or threaten other players.

2. To expound upon the general guidelines, you may not harass other players.

Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player or group of players to harm or inconvenience them. Harassment can take many forms, as it goes to the state-of-mind of the person or Squad on the receiving end of the action. However, in order to account for those who are more sensitive than others, the CSR involved will make a determination as to whether or not thereported issuewould be considered harassment and act accordingly.

If BH missions for Jedi do not meet this definition ..... Ican not imaginewhat would.

BH hunting down Jedi is not harassment. PvP is not harassment. This is Starwars. WARS as in lots of killing. Killing is not harassment. I just hope we have great BH that do a good job eliminating all the Jedi population.

This looks great. I'm excited about the crafting and experimentation changes and now I want to check out droids. The removal of the camping restriction is nice too.

Thanks!

I do like the upcoming changes in Publish 7. There will be alot of new challenges for people to adapt to. I also agree with my Wookiee bretheran that we need some type of armor. My thoughts on how is not to have the same armor that other races can wear. Maybe a Wookiee Armorsmith can be the only one to craft it and it mostly resembles that of our exsisting clothing, but with a few alterations in appearance. Wookiees are tree dwelling creatures and, albeit quite strong, would find it difficult to climb trees with a full suit of composite armor on. Giving us an armor rating would not be too bad of an idea, but as far as combat is concerned, it would just make it that more difficult for wookies to PvP. Any thoughts?
