Doesn't exist. It was a great idea that got shoved aside to make room for gardens or something.

TKM standing in front of recruiter = game over.

humm i ve been think this over for a bit there should be a termial where players can enroll in a lets say home denfese force after a player is enrolled they should be able to attack anyone tha t attacks the city inwhich their enrolled this would make the raids like real raidssure the attackers would be at a disadvantage but isnt that what they should be the home defense should have the upper hand and not have to worry about getting shot down before they can even target someone...

This is my 1st time responding to a thread. So bear with me.

I like the idea of being able to declare "overt" when I see a situation where fellow faction members are being attacked so i can lend a hand. There should be abalance to being able to declare oneself overt whenever deemed appropiate. There should be a strategic cost to the action in the form of not being able to redeclare oneself overt for a time if you recieve a deathblow in combat. Say put a 15 to 30 min timer on redeclaring. This will make overt combatants rethink their position after engaging in overt pvp against opposing faction. Most of the the pvp encounters ive seen involve a lot of running back to the recruiter after cloning to redeclare overt status so they can return to the fight. This cycle goesrepeatsseveral times till everyone involved gets bored & finally leaves. There needs to be a finite end to a skirmish after one is dealt a deathblow. This will force sides to take greater care in how they present themselves when entering hostile territory or engaging in pvp the GCW.

Having recruiters be the sole party responsible for placing players back in covert staus should stay the same. Maybe add a few morerecruiters to each original city for that purpose.

One last thing i would like to add is the role of neutrals in pvp. There should be an option that would allow a neutral to join a pvp fight by declaring overt status for one side or the other on a temperay basis. The biggest strategic threat any armed force can come across is when the locals see a conflict that needs to end & they join the side that will promote their neutral thinking ideals at that moment !!!!! There have been many occasions when I was neutral that I got flamed for not joining sides. Folks are neutral for many reasons. Most important of these is so they wont be harassed by opposing faction. Now I know folks will say that dueling is the proper way to deal with this type of situation but it would be nice to be able to join the side of the skirmish that would allow me to take a potshot at the loudmouth faction flagwaver for bothering me in the ist place. Then going back to my normal life as a neutral citizen. This will give the factional player reason to show respect to neutrals for their role in theSWG universe. Many a battle has been turned when neutral people are spurned to war from the actions of a spiteful person insultingtheir way of life.

Good idea if you can do it at the recruiter of your faction and not in the neighberhood of the oposite faction (I'm quite sure that's gonna be a bug)
