In refence to the OLD MAN:
Ok, so for us who unlocked post patch9, can you give us any clue about getting thevisit from theold man. From what I read we get an "automatic" visit. Is there anything we can do to speed up things or is this going to be a random wait and see thing?
Not complaining, just looking for info....Thanks

Why didn't you **edit** post that you increased the professions from 5 to 8? WHY DID YOU STRING PEOPLE ALONG FOR SO LONG, wasting their time?

how do you know what group you're in? i'm "glowing" with the force, does that mean i'm in group 1 or what?

I would be happier if they just made it totally random. "you'll get a visit sometime in the next three weeks"
Rather than punishing people for not grinding. Access to starting down the path was supposed to be related to profs after publish 10

They've always said its been an 'ORGANIC' system ... organic = changing. I don't recall anywhere where a dev said its only five professions.

Sounds good TH. Fair to everyone involved and Dath wont crash the sever since you are putting limits on the village entries based on holo credit.

Post 9 unlockers should get the visit immediately. We've been waiting long enough FFS.

I dont even care how many "free" branches I get, however I want to start earning the branches NOW. Not 3 weeks from now... Just let everyone with the "inner glow" be visited by the old man, and we will all probally shut up, becuase we are too buisy EARNING our jedi, instead of just the luckey people be allowed into the village.

In other words, for those players that acquired 32 master boxes, they by default acquired the necessary 8 master boxes that unlocked their slot.For players that finished 29 or 30 master boxes, they almost certainly acquired 7 of the necessary 8 master boxes that unlocked their slot.This was the case all the way down the scale.
yeah, right. 
actually it sounds like youguys just rigged the qualifications so that folks had to do 30+ profs to get an unlock. nice.

Aye, now that we know there will be much waiting, unless we were VERY close to unlocking.... My main is now Force Sensitive. Where's my second character slot?

Please post this type of information at least 1 day in advance of a major Publish. I just burned a vacation day so I could stay home and try my luck at the Village... only to find out 2 hours after the Publish went Live that my progress is gated due to the traffic monitoring.

mmm, I feel pretty good and bad about this system, I did 3 holos and 8 other professions, chances are I'll only get 1 unlock, I wasn't the biggest hologrinder, so that's cool I guess I can accept that, what sucks though is that you're saying even though I've been playing this game since the first week, and playing it for the most part how I Wanted to play it, that I'm going to have to wait weeks probably even months before I'll even be able to access the village?? That's the biggest croc I've ever heard. I can understand the need to try and prevent lag at the village but that's just stupid, you give us no time table as to how long us in the later groups might have to wait and further than that we'll have to wait several more weeks and months just to get through all the phases so we can access the quests we want, I was pretty excited about this opportunity for Jedi, but you guys should really reevaluate how you will limit access to the village
