Question:
In Random Roll, if there is serial numbered loot in a "set" (ie tissues, scales, shards, etc), is this treated as one "item" to be distributed or does each piece get spread among the group?
Items like tissues should be treated as one lootable item, since the "set" is what gives value. Breaking up a set of 9 matching krayt tissues between 9 teammates may not make the most sense.
But it's nice to have options in looting!

Looks Good, keep it coming today.
Will group damage out weight a single persons damage?

How about make it so "set" items can be stacked?

Any chance of getting the system fixed so a flame DoT will count toward looting rights? Not asking for XP here, just for the DoT to count toward loot rights, just like Combat Medics.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Questions:
Can you define "present" for looting?
Does this require you to be within 20m of the corpse or is the range increased substantially (say to 90m)? This will allow ranged players outside of 20m range to participate in loot.
Thanks!

For the lottery option... Is that window going to open during battle, or some time afterwards when you're not fighting? It would be a little hard to examine an item while you're trying to kill something.

These changes are cool.
But the main thing I'm wondering about how to get loot rights. As it is now a single rifleman canget loot rightsover a big group of 5-10 people just because that solo rifleman out damages the best person in the group, when totaly the group does clearly more damage. This system is not working good I think.
There has to be some way to stop this. Make the groups total damage on a mob count for loot rights, not a single person.

I really like the lottery option particular. It is nice that we are going to be able have the options of the old way and new ways. Goood stuff!

Here is an example of why this dont matter:
Groupmember 1 does 13450 damage on Dangerous Beast in a fight
Groupmember2 does 11278 damage on Dangerous Beast in a fight
Groupmember3 does 14926 damage on Dangerous Beast in a fight
Groupmember4 does 10423 damage on Dangerous Beast in a fight
Non-grouped KS-sniper 1 does 15001 damage on Dangerous Beast in the same fight
Who gets the loot? Yes, the sniper. Who did most damage? The group did more, but the sniper did more than any individual group member and takes all the loot.
This is my concern as well the update doesn't address who will get the right to actually loot the corpse in that senario. Please let us know will the group total damage determine looting rights or is it still damage done by a single player?

Good way to let the looting go. I like this. That way no one can complain, wait, some one will. LOL I think this is the best idea yet.
