Hi dev
got a big pb !
Yesterday i was online and choosing veterand reward
90 day .....ok ...
180....ok
360 day ...... !!!! no antidecay kit in list !!! so i think u retired this item from list then i choose another reward.....
in the afternoon some friend tell me that they were able to choose this item
i speak with 2 csr and they tell me that they can t do nothing for me
i want the antidecay kit so plz change my reward, or reset all my reward then i will choose again

ahh crap!
The Devs don't care about the individual player - I have seen examples of that over and over again!
Don't count on gettin the anti-decay Kit back

The 'fun' rewards ( i.e. all but the ones that actually state '1 per account) should be any server. It's the only fair way and as stated elsewhere follows the precedence you have done with stuff like the flash speeders, yachts etc.
In the meantime I'm going to post a ticket in the hope I get a helpful CSR because I do NOT want the sole reward on the server that currently has it. Has I known it was a 1 hit thing I wouldn't have claimed it.
When I logged in for the first time after the publish as Aurelius I was never offered a 90 day present, only 180 and 360 days. Cadfael got all three. I assume one of the kids beat me to it, and fortunately stopped at one.
On the other hand, the other kid says he doesn't care at all (he is about to buy himself WoW anyway), so we seem to have avoided a fight. But one per character would have made life easier around here.

why is it only one reward per account. I have twochacaters my son plays on one and i on the other because we can't afford to pay twice i think this is unfair.

I have a question about the new reward system, I have been in the game since july 2003, I have changed servers recently but my subscription has never stopped since my start date, yet my character on the new server is unable to collect any of the veteran rewards, niether are my alternate characters my children use. Is there any reason for this? I have had the game and have not stopped playing for over 12 months. please help me find the rewards I should have.

Cross server trades are happening anyway, but if all chars could get them, there'd be 8x as many of them in game. They're probably trying to avoid that.
In other news, I'm having the same problem as the fellow above, but with a twist.
On one account, I had never claimed my yacht due to the lot requirement, but when I went to get it yesterday, that's all I was eligible for. (I've since claimed it.) I checked again today, and still, no rewards are available. What's up?
On the other account, I also had never claimed my yacht--but now I don't have one available! I can get the self-powering harv kit and some of the decorative stuff, and that's it. I want my yacht!
If it matters, the first account has only been JTL-activated a month or so, the other one has been JTL activated since about a month after JTL went live.

I LOVE the rewards idea, its a great thing. there is one thing though. If i understand it right and u have more than one toon u play regularly u can only have 1 toon get the reward??? this does not seem right. I would think that each toon could get the rewards on each server, to me that would be more right. So am i reading it right or is it just one toon that get the rewards per account?

One character per account, just like always.
It's a perk, and they don't have to give it to us, but it seems a bit greedy for people to be asking for one per character now. The only people who wanted more before were the ones who played on more than one server. (Maybe two per server would be appropriate--it'd double the amount of perks entering the game, but it'd make it possible for people who are active on two servers to benefit on each character.)
