Make more of the weapons viable in combat
Pistoleer DL 44 pistol should be AP 3 pistol; SR combat AP 2
Carbineer: elite carbine AP 3 E11 AP2 and increase damage. E11 should be the trademark weapon for carbine and rifle
Rifleman: E11 AP2 increased damage
Swordsman: Cleaver AP3
Fencer: Rykk AP 2
Commando: HAR AP2

Make the executioners hack a different damage type and AP3, and PLEASE fix the bug that warps you from your vehicle when you dismount.

Reduce doctor buff strengths and make them percentage based; higher percentages for primary and lower percentages for secondary and tertiary stats.
