you clean room you get 5$
you dont clean room, no 5$
in this case you didnt clean your room, so no 5$
your getting your reward for grinding in the form of a jedi, as for quests teyre gonna be longer/harder then proffession grinding.you can grind almost all 32 proffs in a month if you really wanted to(or had no life). if you want rewards for the quests get the rewards by doing the quests..you probably also think SOE should supply you with a saber when you unlock, but if they did you'd be right back here whining bout how your saber is crap..
Hmm, seems logic, but... Not exactly the same In this case almost clean room which means parents will give 5$ for the efforts and for being good 12 year old child. Err I'm a parent I know what that means.
Please, this is not a thread for insults. Stop posting that kind of BS.

Obviously talking out of the place the sun dont shine..If you expect anyone to listen to yourrants then dont include such lines as " you can grind almost all 32 profs in a month."..

Based on some detailed conversations with the Correspondents, as well as your feedback, we have already implemented some changes on TC & TC2 for the credit you receive if you unlocked.
As you know, those that have unlocked between publish 9 & 10 will be given all 6 Force Sensitive branches that they need to proceed to Padawan.
Now, based on our interactions with the community, you will also be given the experience necessary to purchase all four boxes in each branch.
So: Intro Quest, Exit Quest, and on to Padawan. You can still do the Force Sensitive quests if you desire to gain their specific rewards.
We will announce the proportional credit for those who have not unlocked soon. It will be fair as well.
Thanks,

This is from JEDI ARCHIVES VOLUME2
Force Sensitivity
Players will have to complete a series of quests in order to enable their Force Sensitive Skills. These quests are for anyone who has not yet completed the existing Jedi path, regardless of how many professions they have mastered. These quests represent Jedi Revamp Part 2: The Jedi Trials which will be live in Publish 10. We will discuss the details in future Jedi Archives as we get closer to that publish. We know there are many of you eager to know how the switch to the new Force sensitivity path will affect you, sowe felt we needed to touch on the key points. Credit will be given to players for the professions they have mastered, and that credit is the ability to rapidly advance through the Force sensitivity path. These are skill boxes that enable small gains towards skills a player will be familiar with. These skill boxes will be "Force enhancements" that will augment their existing professional skills to simulate a fictional "Force sensitivity." For example, a player can purchase a box of Crafting Sensitivity and gain a small bonus to crafting. This simulates their character being more in tune with the Force so they may have slightly better reflexes, insights, etc. All these skills are passive and do not generate "Jedi visibility."
As per Devs we will all get credit for the amount of professions we have master if not unlock yet. Example if you mastered 30 out of 32 you will be 93.75% there to becoming FS.

Ok, after spending the past hour reading all the posts I have a few opinions. This is just my opinion and im not directly relating to anything said so please dont get mad
1. Grinding holo profs:
I dont believe holo profs should count for more than any other. This may seem unfair but there are reasons which i find have a fair point . I know ofa couple ofpeople who started grinding as while back. They did there 4 holo profs and ground a few more. I also know of a few people who started grinding after Pub 9, when holos were not longer active. For instance on person who started before pub 9 ground20in total, i myself ground 22 profs since pub 9 (when i master fencer) Ididnt have the holos available and didnt readone before hand. 22 profs in a month and a bit is alot ofwork. My friendspentnearly 3 months grinding. Ive done morework but if they decide to to make holoprofs count for more or givean extra bonus a few people and myself will loose out which in my opinion is not fair as we have actually worked more.
2. In my opinion people playing for a long time should not get any credits unless they ground. This is unfair to the players that worked hard to master 20+ profs. It would be pretty bad for someone that only did 3 profs to get further.
In my opinion, the ONLY people that should get credit are the grinders, if you didnt bother/want to grind the profs why should you get credit?
These are just my opinions and for everyones information ive done 22 profs and been playing for 7 months (although pre pub 9 my character was just an architect for my alt to use for harvs and such)
I can see why the devs have a hard time finding a fair way, whatever they choose people are going to complain or its going to be unfair, but at the end of the day its just a game, and we just have to go with what they decide
These are just my opinions feel free to reply/send hate mail and such, but remember these are just my opinions and EVERYONE has an opinion
I'm just tired of being punished for actually enjoying the game, rather than chewing my way through it. Before Christmas, I actively searched for the way to become Jedi (along with thousands of others.) After Christmas, I went through my holo professions, hit silent holo - and discovered the hell of grinding. It was hellnot becauseit took time or work - I was fine with both, having been a commandobefore the class was fixed months ago- but that it destroyed any semblance of RPG play. The economy went to heck, as our once-lively merchant community turned into hologrinders. Creature resources went through the roof, as no one was hunting unless they were grinding Ranger or Scout. But, that was the way to attain Jedi, so who was I to argue?
I ground several professions after silent holo.I then realized I was no longer enjoying the game, but continued to grind until I heard that this publish would no longer require hologrinding. Only then did I (and many others) breathe a sigh of relief and stop hologrinding.
I've been playing the game for over a year now. I've paid through every single bug, issue, game imbalance, etc. since Sony brought Star Wars Galaxies online (and before.) I'm up for a little return.
I agree with you. I unlocked post9 and all i want is my jedi. I dont think we should be given any of the awards for doing all those quests, we unlocked "Jedi", not the rewards. If i get my FS skills and enough XP to fill them, then i'll be happy. Wesure as hell better get enough xp to fill them though. If we dont then SOE is really screwing over all the post9 unlockers (we unlocked jedi therefore we should get to be a jedi and not have to grind all over..thats just my opinion) But i think they are giving us the XP, so we should have to worry.

so basically what you just said is you want rewards from quests you didnt do..because why? you unlocked, you didnt do quests to unlock therefore the rewards from doing the quests should not be just given to you...sry charlie you cant have it both ways..
