Thread: Weekly Roundtable Discussion (Week Ending 3-1-04)
Hey TH--
Mission Terminals. Let us chose the DIRECTION we want to hunt in. It takes all dang day to get missions in the same direction for a group. Even solo, to get a pair of missions of a particular typeheaded the same way can take far too long. Maybe look at other modifications to the mission terms, but at the very least let us chose the direction.
Also, let all of the group's missions show for either the leader or for all of the group members. Would radically improve group functionality in the field.
And don't think I have forgotten about those dang blasted shuttles. Reduce the time to 5 min between flights you time-sink freaks. ![]()

Let us pick missions by either direction or type. We are going to refresh until we get what we want anyway... so why not help out the players???
Wasn't the leader of a group supposed to see all WPs at launch? and wasn't everyone in the group supposed to see the leader's WPs? What happened to that?
If SOMEONE from SOE would explain WHY we are sitting in the Starport for 10 mins, I'd appreciate it. Please, just the reasoning behind it. Is it a technical issue?
I usually shrug it off and keep on keepin' on hoping things will get fixed but it's starting to get to me... so anyway I submitted this ticket in-game:

it seems to me that you all could enable the CSRs to de-spawn stuff or un-stick or the spawn area could just be moved like 100m out of town where there are no walls... this is so upsetting
Im assuming this thread is in relation to bugs etc with the latest patch....... Something I havenoticed since I started playing the game last year is that the Valcyn server stsatus never comes up on the launch pad. Since I play on valcyn this is a pain as you have to load the game fully to find out if its up or not. Is there a patch for this or have I missed something.

(And yes I did cry when I found out the holo grinding was getting changed for the FS slot unlock - oh the humanity!)

worry about it when 32 without an unlock happens. statistics tells you that as time progresses the number of people who have to train more professions to unlock will increase. for the mere fact that it takes more time for people to get that far.
Racial Bonuses and skills getting looked at? I love being Bothan, but there is no benefit what-so-ever stat and skill wise....

at least you can wear armor! there are many timesmy wookiewould trade away all hisstat bonuses ifhe could just wear a single piece of armor.

Comments:
1.) Spend less time worrying about Chefs and more time making the game have a "Star Wars" feel.
2.) The Imperial Crackdown doesn't scare anyone. Make it more visible, more intense, more dangerous forRebels. Have it touch all cities, including Player Cities.
3.) Cities are usually ghost towns now...there are so many player cites, the galaxy's population is spread out so thin. This hurts game play in terms of Role-Play in my view. Do something to make Player Cities less numerous - - by making them harder to run successfully with just a handful of people. Introduce risk factors to running a city...Imperial take over, Rebel strikes, natural disasters...etc.
4.) Throw in more "Random Events" to spice the game up...Like, Rebels hijack your shuttle ride from Theed to Keren, or Imperials take you to the local Garrison for questioning.... Or a mynock plague infests Kor Vella !
