the Bank Incident :
before taking the shuttle I decide to deposite 100 c I had in pocket to my account. What a mistake I made. I did the transaction, but instead of the usual "your 100 credits have been deposited to your account" I get a "you have closed your account"... WHAT ??? I come this thing closed my account ? where is all my stuff in the safety deposit gone ?? my special weapons, my seekers and arakys (lots) my precious stuff ? all gone... *sigh* I opened immediately a ticket to the CSR, and I will make them restore the entire thing !!! further more, how is it possible that there is no confirmation request for the closure of an account ???
From this point, I was angry at most !
TH, as a conclusion to my previous post in this thread, everything is back to normal. Every item in my Safety Deposit box as been returned, THANKS to the roll back that occured. I was greatfull for this restore.
Though one thing strickes me. I am 200% sure this is the result of something buggy that day, though I can't prove it and lack the will to test it, I am sure logs could get us to terms. The point is the I received a response to the ticket I opened where the CSR told me to be more carefull from now on : So now, does the CSR assume that the problems happening during a period of disturbance as we saw it on september 1st, is due to user input ? can't they have more productive/constructive replies ? after all, the fact that we pay for a buggy product should be a reason enough for the CSR to treat us with respect and try to solve our problems, not blame it on us, specially if they are not ready to prove if it's our fault or the DEV's !!!
Well, this said, I guess this post will not be read by any SOE member, maybe in a millenia, someone will stumble upon a record of some sort containing it and THEY will find it an interesting anthropological material ! ![]()

Agree they must be embarassed beyond belief at SOE with their clumbsy coding of this game and poor implementation. It just blows my mind. They screw they very people who pay for this game... THE PLAYERS.
to all others with funny questions (like why can i do only 1 quest now...) read the village guide...
if you cannot open the disk you loot from the 2 siths, store it in your backpack, and take it back.....
if you cannot complete the combat mission, look first if you datapad has enough storage for the patroull waypoints.
