Has the BH in a group or solo? If in a group did he himself DB you or his group member? Group TEF is still an open issue and is quite tricky to fix it.

Great to hear! I am frustrated but will try to make this helpful and clear. My main problems with the recent publish are the Village Phase 2 issues.
1. I left Dath to get some of the components, just like I needed to leave Dath for components in Phase 1. However, when I returned to Dath, I got the "Crafting Mission Failed" and the mission disappeared from my quest journal. The BLL has an accurate tally of the items I donated but I will not place any more until this is fixed.
2. My guildmate is stuck in Whip's quest for a ship that isn't there. AWhen she went to Endor and looked within a 1.5k radius (and is a ranger), there was only 1 ship and it belonged to another player. She looked for 2 hours and cannot progress any farther until this is addressed.
Ok, as per your post, you want to open lines of communication. I appreciate that a great deal. I and many folks have already posted these two, identical issues. Now it's your turn. Lines of communication mean one or more persons speak and then there is a response. If there isn't any response, then this is not communication. Even a statement like "We realize there are some bugs with Phase 2 and we are working on fixing them but can't give an eta yet" would go a loooooong way because what it says is "we are reading your posts, realize you're frustrated and trying like heck to get it fixed as quickly as we can".

Okay Tiggs, here's an issue. WHIPS QUEST, why is it that nobody is telling us the status... why are we being left in the dark? In the FAQ's, it states a reason why we pay. We pay the monthly fee to account for labor, server maintenance, and customer service. Every time I submit a bug, the csr tell me that I'm abusing the system, or they tell me that they don't have an answer for me. Whats up with that, why should we submit bugs if you 1) Don't fix them.... and 2) Don't give us feedback on the status of your efforts. Your time is almost up, only 2 more months..... I suggest you put forth a HUGE effort and fix the problems with the "state of the game". I won't be suprised when you don't answer this post.

Jedi is the only content I have left.... why has it taken me a year to acheive it, or should I say be able to acheive it, no matter, I'm bugged on whips quests so there will be no initiate for me... /salute devs, thanks a bunch... you really know the meaning of customer service.
