once again

  • using /bandflourish with the PlaybackDroid quickly depletes its action pool and should only deplete its batteries
this really decreases the effectiveness with the droids, because without using /bandflourish the music is just droning and annoying... with using /bandflourish most droids only last a minute or two
TH, would you please see if this is as intended, and if so, why?

Ok, I'm not entirely sure how these things were intended to work, but since the playback droid is a recording, it shouldn't be able to react to a /bandflourish at all. It should only playback what was recorded, with no changes to the playback. Or, am I misunderstandingwhat it's for and how it's used?

Or are you talking about the flourishes when you are recording to the droid?

the module doesn't really 'record' the song... it's more accurate to say that it 'learns' the song with the equipped instrument......... then it does react to /bflos ........... which WE REALLY NEED TO REMAIN SO, but it depletes the action pool, which is not desirable

and I really think it sucks that none of the devs will answer my question as to whether this is intended or not

LeBob, it sets a bad precedent. If you get attention from spamming every dev post about this topic, it opens the door for anyone else to do so. "Oh, spamming these posts gets my questions answered." And then the forums become unuseable. You've posted your concerns in places where they have been seen. At this point, I would say work with the Correspondents to get the answers you need. They are the ones who are the best at it.

Nothing personal against you. Your posts are well written and thoughtful, but the precedent is a bad one.

Really strange things just occurred.

I Have the main game installed to C:/Games/SWG

Today I installed TC to C:/Games/SWGTC, I played for about 15 mins, exited, and when I tried to log in with my regual char, the launchpad tells me "some files are missing", and I should reinstall the game.

I look in the SWG folder, and it is EMPTY!! Nothing there at all, no file, no folders, just...nothing!

Is this a known bug? Has it ever happened to anyone else?

This is really no fun at all, all my screenshots and macros...

All the TC stuff is still there, but I could hardly care less actually.
