Last newsletter recieved: the one before this one.

I have a spam filter set up, but I have added the email domain to my safe list and have received every single other newsletter but this months.

1) Last newsletter I received was during beta I believe.

2) Yes

4) No

Q: When did you last receive the newsletter, if ever?

A: Never received it, even after trying to subscribe 4 times.

Q: Did you double-check your email spelling?

A: Yes.

Q: Did you double-check your station account? (There is a flag for stopping all mail from the Station which includes SWG)

A: Not sure where to check, but all my Station options seem OK...

Q: Does your email have a spam filter?

A: No.

Please post your answers so we can get a good feel for what’s happening on your end. If the first 3 are yes and the last is no, post a “yes”. We’ll collect them and send the newsletter to you manually.

3 - There is no such tick box - I have none of the boxes checked in my profile because i don't want any of those things

There is no box saying "Never send me emails" nor is there a box saying "I agree that you may send me specific emails that I have requested". So please tell me which box i am supposed to be ticking / untickingto allow you to send me emails - Thanks
