And JCooper, you should practice what you preach. Solo and the other smugglers have researched this, read all the forums and tested it on TC. Imperials will be getting a "free pass" from the scans. So in effect, Imperials will be able to break IMPERIAL law with no consequences. Imperials will be able to get contraband past contraband checkpoints better than master smugglers will.

I know, I was there I voted "A" I'm a Rebel Smuggler and I'm pretty confident this will work out just fine. As a matter of fact, by playing around on TC that you won't have much of an opportunity to do much "Smuggling" anyways. Iplay around on TC a lot as well as on Gorath.
I suppose that's how I stay informed. ![]()

Could the developers at least tell us why they are pushing this onto the smugglers?
Would really appreciate the reasoning behind this.
I play on TC as well, even the bria TC when it was up for over 20 hours trying to get these scans to happen.

Kinda like how the DEs cried foul with the Droid Invasion update? Oh yeah, and how the Imperials cried bloody murder when the patch was first announced. Funny, they flamed and insulted and got immediate dev response. We've been respectful and productive yet, constantly ignored.

The bugs that won't be in the patch notes:
- Scans from stormtroopers in the wild and in cities where they occour do not always complete
- Vehicles will autostore however you will need to go into your datapad and select 'store' and then 'generation vehicle' for it to reappear
- Certain drinks like Caf and Aitha don't allow you to experiment on flavour and the timer increases along with the bonus itself (don't use flavour enhancers in other words)
- Some of Jabba's themepark missions continue to not always spawn something at the waypoint given
- Bestine's stormtroopers will not respawn if someone goes in to kill them all
- At last check the missions in the Bestine election for Sean were not working at all meaning you cannot vote for him
- The StimA+ schematic can be learned but you cannot actually assemble the stim as it reports an error when you press the assemble button
- Food buff timers remain after you die however the buffs themselves do not. This means certain special ones which last an hour cannot be reapplied after death until the timer wears off. The same applies for stat buffs as your pools are reset but the timers remain.
- Small drinks containers are 10 units, large are 100 units and give an extra 2-5 extra charges. Why bother when you can have a crate of drinks in small containers?
- The Skills UI and exp system randomy stops functioning. All exp gained it stored however you cannot see it increase nor can you gain any new boxes without disconnecting and reconnecting.
- Stormtroopers will sometimes totally ignore that something aggressive is nearby or ignore that a player is fighting with something within firing range (they are supposed to help you kill it according to several of the QA folks have told me)
.. and thats just the ones i filed recently and were still in tuesday evening.
