Profession: Jedi
All bounty TEFs should now be cleared correctly upon death from a bounty hunter.
Jedi should now be able to completely clear their visibility after 3 weeks if they don't do anything else to increase it during this time. Visibility is gained when drawing your lightsaber or using force powers for each NPC or non allied PC within range.
A Jedi must perform a death blow against a bounty hunter to cause the hunter's mission to fail, instead of just incapacitating them.
3questions:
1. what will be considered non allied for neutral players, for rebels and for imperial ?
2. what is the range ?
3. does this mean that using a saber and/or force powers out of range of any npc or pc will notcause visiblity at all or just not as much ?
thanks for any clarification you can give
Many of you have asked for clarification on this so we have created a knowledge base article that sums it up a bit better.

How does Jedi visibility work in regard to Bounty Hunter terminals?
Each of the following Jedi-relation actions has an associated Jedi Visibility Modifier:
-Equipping a Lightsaber.
-Initiating Combat with a Lightsaber equipped.
-Using any Jedi-related skills that consume Force power.
All PCs and all non-animal NPCs that observe a Jedi performing any of the above stated actions (observed as defined as within 32 meters) will contribute to an increase in the Jedi's Visibility Value (JVV).
-An opposing faction member who views this action will add the full value of the action to the Jedi Visibility Value.
-A Neutral PC or non-animal NPC will increase the JVV by 50 percent of the action's Jedi Visibility Modifier.
-A same-faction PC or non-animal NPC will increase the JVV by 25 percent of the action's Jedi Visibility Modifier.
Being grouped with a PC or non-animal NPC who is viewing this action has no influence on how Jedi Visibility is obtained.
Ok this does not answer this question and I will continue to ask this(at tomorrows dev chat if needed)
Do Jedi give other jedi visibility if they see them? If so why because it makes no sense... Other Jedi should be allowed to group together. End of story...
Can anyone that is a dev answer this question? I mean you answer everything else, but this is important to know...

Finally. But I have the same question as a poster before. Does this give us more room in the house or will it simply be like an unequipped backpack in your inventory, allowing us to put stuff in but with no decrease in the house's max inventory?
It works like an unequipped backpack.
Then....Whats the point?
more resources being used on pointless crap????

If you are grouped with them then you get ZERO visibility. Read the last purple sentence again

sorry but this doesnt clear it up all the way.. does equiping the saber alone increase it or just having it equiped infront of others.. if alone then why

I believe from her wording that it works like this:
Each action has a modifier associated with it. Let's say it's:
Equipping LS - 5 JV pts
Using special movies - 10 JV pts
Using force powers - 25 JV pts
Let's say you equip your saber (5pts) land a dervish (10pts) then force choke (25pts) a quenker to death within 32m of a PC or NPC. Your total is 40 JV points.
Now for those numbers you add in the multiplier associated with who witnessed your action.
If you are a rebel and did this in front of an Imperial, you obtain the full 40 points of JV. If you do it in front of a rebel, you obtain 10 JV points (25% of 40)
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how I'm reading it anyway.

Unused Vendors - Vendors who go too long without being used will get deleted from the game. The only events that constitute use are placing a new item for sale on the vendor, or a customer buying an item from the vendor. Checking a vendor's status, paying maintenance, withdrawing sales, having offers placed, or accepting offers are all events that do not reset the Last Used timer. If a vendor goes 14 days without having a new item placed for sale, or an item purchased, then the vendor gets flagged as Unused. If a vendor remains Unused for a 14 days, it becomes in danger of getting deleted. When this happens, the player will be sent an email warning. If the vendor continues to be unused for an additional 14 days, the vendor gets deleted. Any items for sale on the vendor, items in the Stock Room, and offers to that vendor will be deleted with the vendor.

This clarifies so much, thank you Tiggs.
Aside from the groupmembers and allied jedi, which i would propose changed, i have no problem with the visibility system.
