Carbineer: Give us the ability to put state-effects/PCson the high-end mobs.
Oh, and stop with tossing around Medium/ Heavy armor like it's going out of style, it just makes your high-end content only a consideration for swordsman/ Rifleman, (well, and now Jedi.)

Make it so buffs are not so powerful that baselining everything on the fact that players always have buffs means that people who dont have buffs are screwed

Since no one is taking the powers tree (certainly not mastering it) we need to make it a little more appealing, and this can best be accomplished by taking out the weak animal scare line and replacing it with a sort of Life Drainwhich can be increased so that at master levels, it could be quite useful (500 ham drain from them to you) but not so powerful at low levels (150 or so).
Phew, hard to make that one sentence (didnt say it couldnt be a run-on).

RIFLEMAN: Have strafe2 hit all things in its cone on the firstshot instead of just hitting the target on the firstshot than everything on the second or fix the visual if its actually happening.
I think its a run-on...but its one sentence!.....well not anymore

Make Heavy Acid Rifle AP2, or at least increase the range of its specials to justify calling it a "rifle".

Why does everyone want to nerf armor and buffs? When was the last time you PVPed? When you start fighting what is the first thing that happens to you. A mind poison then you start getting hammered by the rifflemen. Then after running about 3m your incapped. We have a masterBH/pistoleer in my guild he has the new de10 and he spams eye shot all day long. Why becuase noone can heal the damage he does. On another server I have a master Rifflemen. I spam head shot all day long why Becuase you cannot heal mind. You nerf the armor thats fine I will still head shot and mind poison you. Dancers can buff your mind for a 1k buff. OK well try out the 800 per tick damage poison. Your DBed in what 3 ticks maybe. If I could at least heal it I might be able to cure it. But when you cannot heal it there is no point. So rifflemen and CMs run around owning PVP when was the last time you sat down and thought about what type of template to make for PVP and decided you would base it around carbineer. LOL never it always starts off with how can I make a toon that will win the fight. I start off with, hmm rifflemen/CM why would you go any other route but that. No one can heal mind effectivly so why not. So in short nerf the armor nerf the buffs, rifflemen and CMs will still be the preffered PVP template becuase you cannot heal mind.

Remove mind poolfrom any combat, making it more of a stamina (recoverable) component rather than a health (damageable) component.
