I don't want my main to be my force character, due to the fact would be nice to be unknown to your enemies. The 2nd slot should be a jedi chracter or at least give you a choice.

Once after u r glowing the old man will visit u in 1 to 3 days
Just stay outside a city =)

so im a little confused all im seeing on the forum here is a lot of complaining and no real answers....i have completed everything i need to complete to achieve inner glow...ie badges....should i expect the old timer in a week or 2 weeks, or 3 days....and just for the record...to all of you complaing that you finished so many proffs and thought you unlocked post 9...god shut up...you knew the system was changing, and you chose to keep grinding...i say your lucky the devs are awarding you anything...you should get off your asses and do what everyone else has to do to get a jedi now...you chose to grind yourself stupid....

Question for TH:
About the Imperial Record Keeper: If I clear my record or have cleared it before the patch... Does it wipe any of the work done in my path to beeing glowy? (im talking about what i need before receiving the visit from the old man).

I guess I should add that I feel like the hologrinders are being rewarded for playing the entire game afk (which is fine, I guess, if they did the "work" they deserve compensation since the rules changed), while I'm being punished for RPing and playing the game the way it was intended.
But, rather than waste my time bitching on the forums like all the other whiners, I guess I'll get in-game on one of my other accts and start working on badges. /sigh.
Why do people always say this. Your reward was not grinding...and being able to RP and play the game the way it was intended!
grinding is a punishment

Unfortunatly not so. Logged on yesterday, was strong surge. Have Mastered Medic & Doctor. I have all POI Badges and 2 Corvette and Nyms. Went to Warrens, completed Compassion part of Quest "You feel an inner glow" sorry to say that throws your theory out of the water.

If you had put the old guy in the TC rather than dumping it on us without any warning you would have this feedback, and would not need to treat the live servers like the test server.
Anyway... to everyone else... I don't thinkwe are getting anything for your badges other than professions mastered, I can only speak for myself but,I only have 5 POI badges, (Tusken / Krayt / Dath Sarlacc / Theed Falls / Marauder Base) and I have 0 theme park badges. I do have 30 professoin badges, and I did not unlock during publish 10.
/check says... "You feel and inner glow. The force is with you."
So well, all you people with 75+ badges and like 10 profession badges. I think it just looks like u get credit for only what professions you have done that matched you holocrons and silent professions.
Personally I would have to agree, getting 75 odd badges just for traveling from POI to POI and gettting jedi credit for them is wishful thinking on your part.

I think this "old man" used to be a young guy. Who has been waiting to give people visits for a long time. Soe told him that
they would revamp his visits, and then delayed it over and over. When the man asked about the status of his visit revamp,
he recieved no response. He too made the mistakeof trusting soe, andalso got lost in thesuberterfuge.

I've lost hope. I've unlocked, I'm glowing, and I'm god damn sure I won't get visited in "1-3 days". They'll think of something. They just keep screwing us over and over again...
This game is not good for you.

lol, this is a location badge. You don't get the badge by doing the missions. Get back on your bike and fly around until you get the badge. If I remember correctly, I think the badge location is near the base of the temple itself.
Actually, to get this badge, Get off your bike and climb the stairs pf the temple. When you reach the top of the stairs, you get the badge

hi, need some advice if you are allowed to give the answer. i will be in group 3 or 4. will it still take 1-3 days for the old man or longer as the other groups have to go in first?

so seems more waiting, after i unlocked 2 days after publish 9 soe seem to think i aint waited long enough, so lets implement a system that can only help out 20 hour a day gamers, so do i take the week off work soe in the vain hope sum bugged npc will turn up to me at no set time, or do i just say bollox to it and go play wow????
