Well, well well, I play that game since 9 months and read the forums everyweek. When i read the forums a lot of players want the samething, but it seems all that is unread or just ignore by sony or the dev. We are just wasting our time here. I can tell you that, if they really want to make some good change, like for Ham on tower and Stronger Hit it can be done since a long time because base is something importamt in game.


nevermind, i will write my feed back about what to change to improve the game.


Shuttle time 5 min and Starport 5 minutes MUST BE DONE no points to waste time to wait the damn shuttle. For exemple you are at Bestine you want to go on Dathomir.....often the damn shuttle are not timed, wait 9 min at bestine for the shuttle, get pon corelia somewhere you fast burn to go buy your ticket and when you are just about ready to clic ok to go on dathomir the ddamn **edit**ing shuttle take off, then 9 min 58 sec wait now we are at5 20 min wait just to go on Dathomir, the buff you just pay 8k-10k and last 2.5 h, is now at 2 hours when you get at destination, add on top of that your friedn was getting buff just after you but he was not able to get the same shuttle than you will take too the damn 20 min to go reach you, now we are at 40 min total.


Base and tower, it is already a long time ago the tower must have more ham like 500k and hit twice stronger than they do now, some people said just 10 people can destroyed all tower 50 st trooper and 10 at st, well guy i can tell you that 3 players can do that too and easy. Sony sleep on that they are doing a big mistake there. Base is an important part in the civil galaxie war and should be harder to destroy for what it cost. I think the dev are really good to make nive graphc in game and excellent interface useers, but do not have any clue about the unbalance in game or do not just have any senses of judgement.


I read about the NPC smuggler doing intergalaxic travel with a shuttle, why not give it that to players, stop to give all to npc and begin to give to player more implication in game, Starwars galaxies is a good game and have good potentiel, but you are ruining it, give PLAYER MORE IMPLICATION IN GAME it is the main reason why so much player are so bore after 3-4 months in game,


About vehivules, i think it is a good think the vehicules can be destroy in pvp, at least it can cost something to player have the good profession and are gods in game, do not worry i won t talk of the unbalance in game it make me too mad that you are not doing nothing about that since the start.....i have to stop myself on that..........well it is easy just go Master Tk master Sworman get some defence in pikeman and you are god.


I am master smuggler since 5 months, Smuggler have 2 choice in pvp DIE or feign dead, where fake the dead give the chance to the smuggler getting attack no stop for hours until his armor is complely ruins and his mind heath all the ham is at 1 with all desease he got no stop for hours. It hapenned to me couple times and one day i asked to a csr to come in games to assist that to show him how ridiculous it is, and he asked me what is the problem it is your choice to do feighn dead, and yes it was my choice, but it was not my choice that the players can attack me no stop and keep me incap there for hours, i wouls prefer to dir and just do something else, it is the prouve sony and the dev do not really care about thing in game, all that is politic to get good apparence and give the feeling to players they are listening us.


I say fix all the damn bugs they are there since the start before to go forward with any change.

I agree that disabled vehicles should be unrepairable but there's not only the case with PvP. Some mobs also attacks your bike after they incapped or dbd you. This may be a bug or working as intended, but in any case it's beyond your control. I can avoid riding overt in my av-21 but it would be ridiculous if I had to avoid using it when fighting anything that had the chance to incap/db me.
I think the av-21 should be a special case. Let us repair it at a garage for a very high cost even if it's disabled.





I think you should be careful with your vehicle and repair it often. If you are worried about losing it, just like the earlier example of an expensive car in a war zone, don't use it if you think it might be in danger. If something in the game is really expensive, it doesn't need to have the game mechanics altered to help the rich players not spend more money. It is a vehicle. It can break. If you dont maintain it or if you take it to dangerous places, then you should be ready to pay the cost of full replacement. This game shouldnt be about everyone being super tough, super rich, and nothing ever being lost or needing replacement. It is supposed to have a certain amount of realism. Replacing broken stuff is real.

Bugs
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1: Whisper Bird missions on Yavin still bugged/duds

2: Rubber band effect of dismount still going strong (some times up to 150m from dismount spot)

3: Up command in /movefurniture up xx still very flakey (hardly ever works for me)

4: Animation on harvesters still flakey (mainly heavy mineral)

5: Factory Crates of mines still read 0

6: Mine Fields not working at all for Rebels

7: After "storing" speeder bike it is still in the world and you can still be on it. Calling it again causes another instance of it.

8: About every 3rd Bounty Hunter mission is bugged

9: Most of Pistoleer Prof. is bugged/not working

10: Ticket Collector still needs to be clicked a number of times to function

11: Jawa Ion rifle does not work on lairs

12: You can still get a TEF even if your OVERT

13: Getting stuck on speeder in front of THEED starport - attempting to store bike causes a type of cant fit in inventory error, and dismounting is nonfunctional!

14: In you grand attempt to fix the -shooting through walls of faction bases to kill troopers on the outside for faction farming exploite - you made it so that when fighting them on the outside of the base they are able to walk through the retaining all like it wasnt even there!



Imbalances
----------------------------------------------------

1: Faction Turrets still FAR FAR FAR too weak both in damage and hitpoints

2: Rifleman Jawa rifle need a HUGE nerfing to 1/2 power or less

3: Combat Medic or DOC badly needs AREA poison / Disease cure

4: All GEO weapons need to be taken out of the game or nerfed big time

5: Armor needs to be completely redone and PLEASE do not add any super loot armor (ris) this causes HUGE Imbalances

6: Total number of Jedi needs to be regulated to no more then 20%-30% of server population

7: Cost of repair on Speeder, and Swoops is actually more then it cost to make a new one. Now its cheaper to buy CRATES of speeder and throw them away when they blow up - desposable bikes is that the intention here?



General Problems
----------------------------------------------------

1: All new content (GEO Cave / Corvett) is being added for only elite combat people. This is a total outrage and needs to be delt with we need new content that ALL players can enjoy!

2: Moons such as Rori and Talaus need some harder POIs to attract trafic and people to them. POIs on these moons pose no challange for elite combat players.

3: If you have a TEF you cant even enter you own established residence. TEFed people should have access to all buildings in the city they live in, and Guild Hall they belong to.


NOTE: This list is just the beginning, I will be bumping and adding more as I go!

  • When you delete a character, all harvesters and installations that the character owns will be deleted after next server restart.

This change does not work. It DOES NOTdelete harvesters owned by deleted characters.


Now, maybe it deletes harvesters at the time of the character deletion. I haven't tested that. But, I do have a single test harvester that's been up and running for several months. I know for a fact that the owner was immediately deleted after giving me admin rights.


I'm still adding maintenance and it's working just fine.

I am a new player, and in less than a month of playing i see some major issues. For the first one, Buffs, why is it you can NOT play this game without first forking over 10-15k for a buff. You need it to a: wear armor b: do anything overt c: tasks like healing (unless you like waiting 20 mins to get healed) or surveying/sampling d: quests. Next we have the "you need an actual math degree to do this" professions. Like armorsmith. Grinding, Perhapse with publish 9 people will actually start to play the game. Buffs, I cant stress enough how unbalancing this is.


Other than that it is a fun and addicting game, of course like I said "I'm a new player".

Vehicles / Mounts


Vehicles will no longer auto-heal when left out and stored after a player has taken a transport to another location.




Do they even test this crap?

Don't know if anyone else has answered this. Same happened to me. The traps must be in the main inventory now. Will not work if in a backpack or other container.

Sorry. This concerns traps. As of the new publish, traps only work when in the main character inventory.

I only check these forums once a week, about as often as I play. Have prepaid to July, my bad. Did anyone notice what TH said about the waits?


"We are investigating the possibilities now. We hope to include this, (smugglers flying directly) but It is uncertain at this point as to what is possible. Regardless, Star port times will be changing with the GCW revamp."


The question we should be asking is: Do these Devs actually KNOW what the code is and what it is doing? These Devs don't seem to understand the code the original developers wrote, and most of the "bugs" seem to be the result of the current devs hopelessly trying to figure out how the game code works and not REALLY knowing all the interconections of the various code blocks.


What the game needs is the original Devs, all of them, to rework the game. Selling it for only $18 US with a couple weeks free is not going to work to keep gamers. I have already left for COH, and am once again having a fun gaming experiene.


My $0.02, which is the last $$ Sony gets unless they fix the game.
