Thank you so much the information. Although it would have been better to post this BEFORE the 3 weeks was up actually it should have been relayed to us in this manner when the time table was established.

Now if you could just direct the (C)ustomer (S)ervice
(R)epresentitives to at the very least pay attention to
(C)ustomer questions and concerns then this (C)ustomer will be happy again. As I posted in another thread this will be the third such time since June (And there has only been 3 times where I have asked questions of the CSR's) that I have been ignored totally.

If I caught an employee in my business ignoring customers they would be walking out the door very quickly.

I am pleased with the information Thank you again.

I will Grind and grind and grind until I get my Jedi and although it is a pain I love this game. Please be up front with us in the future. I really hate to complain.
