Hey Devs,
Will you please tell us something. Let us know if you are even hearing us, or if this problem is even a big enough deal for you to bother with fixing. I know you have a lot of things to take care of there at SOE, but it is very painfull to work so hard towards a goal that is made impossible to reach by silly bug that seems like an easy fix. I am sure it is more complex than it seems, i am not in your shoes, but so many other missions have a safety system preventing things like this from happening. Like that option to reset the quest: i would rather have to start all the way back over after it bugged on my last mission than have to wait 9 weeks to reach jedi. I know that everyone and their monther can complain about this or that when it comes to reaching jedi and i know it is difficult. But please, please, please, take 30 seconds to type out a messege that says, "we are doing what we can to fix the problem." because even that cop-out answer is better than nothing at all.
Thismessege will not be responded to: is that because no Devs will read it, or is it because we aren't worth the time, or is it because you are going to say what we don't want to hear? We can only wait so long, and believe me, 9 weeks is way beyond "too long".

I can't even get the Phase 2 Crafting Quest NPC (Quharek) to give me the quest...tells me he has enough help and go help someone else...I am a 12 pt Master AS who has finished Phase 1 to unlock the Assembly branch of the Crafting Mastery tree.
I assume this is a bug due to gating of max # of crafters...presumably due to folks not being able to complete and make room for next crafters taking the quest. Is there a confirmation of this anywhere ?

(much ty to SimuLatorrr for this original post in the jedi section. i believe everyone should have a right to file acomplain to someone other than swg's csr, but to Sony Corps. Customer Service.)
Repost .. please dont delete this it is Valid INfomation for people who play the game. They havea RIGHT to the info. If there is a Valid reason why this cant be here send me a Privte Message and exsplin it please or Send me your Name so I can include you in the complaint filed

I just spent 40mins on the phone with a REAL person from Sony .. People Higher than the Game Support they ARE VERY INTERESTED in whats being done to the customers in this game and had NO IDEA about the poor Customer Support here in SWG.
They guy I talked to took every bit of infomation I had to offer and REALLY listened and FILED a Formal Complaint about the Issues at hand .. He SUGGESTED that Everyone call the Main number and file a complaint about the issues at hand. Posting here does nothing, It may make you feel good for a second or two but thats it .. No one besides us and the Devs that we have problems with read this.

Ok now since I wasted 3 weeks because SOE can not follow left to right progression for skill boxes I have to say you guys NEED to post before the change what quest unlocks what. A lot of us have holo credit branches and if we dont know what quest unlocks what we are wasting our credit.
I just unlocked Melee speed which was already full from holo credit!!! If I had known there would have been no way I would have taken up that quest.
Thanks for wasteing my time. I was going to unlock next phase but not now.

Well, heres my problem.
I finished the Phase 2 Combat quest, got the Durable Lathe, great! I think...
I went to use it, thinking its only one use out of 500, I dropped it on my VK, and it dissapeared! instead of giving me 500 power ups, I get ONE!?!? What the Frack!?
So... DONT DROP YOUR LATHE ON YOUR WEAPON!!! (if only I'd know this b4)
I asked for another one from a CSR, and he told me (in an email, I was offline) he could not confirm that I didnt the quest (its in my crystal) that he couldnt see I even got it in the first place (its in my spatial still) and that I even used it and lost it (its not in my inv anymore, and its still shows in spatial where I put it on). I love helpfull CSRs eh...
Well, this is obviously a bug, it should not have worked that way at all! It should have told me to remove one like a crate, or tell me to drop the VK on the Lathe (if thats how it works) something, not POP! and it dissapears!.
Anyway, I hope this helps someone else keep their Lathe, if nothing else.

CAN SOMONE PLEASE TEL ME WHY I CANT GET MORE WPS FROM DAGEERIN IM STUCK ON 3/8 SEARCH AND DESTROY MISSIONS AND HE KEEPS TELLING ME TO COME BACK LATER. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME PLEASE?

You can only do 3 quests every 24 game hours (which is 25 hours in real time allowing for the 1 hour server down time) so go back after the time has elapsed. However it is possible it is a bug if he still does not let you take any missions as this has been reported a few times, but again like all the things in this game, it will never be fixed.

Hi all, I posting this on behalf of a guildmate. Appearently, the phase 2 crafting quest is bugged. This indivivual completed the construction of all 10 of 10 items and whenthe individualturned the items in nothing happend. The branch didn't open nor did she recieve the reward. Also, when the individual contacted a CSR they stated it was a bug and didn't know when it would be fixed. So at present she can level up in that branch, get their reward, or get any of the appearent hard to come by resources that are drops from the sith shadow [well, not at least having to pay for it]. So, if anyone has any insight on this please share it. DEVs, if you see this plz fix the game.

If you're still reading your own thread.
It would be appreciated if the crafting quest in phase 2 would be extended for more than 45 players per server.
If you guys are not going to do this and make us wait 3 months to take the quest please be up front about it so we can take something we don't want and get on with the game.

I didn't know where to post this, so I am posting it here since it is Phase II relatedand really hope I get a response.
I was working ona Phase II mission to unlock Melee speed...however the first day I was told after assaulting 2 spots that I had to wait until tomarrow to finish. Okay...thats irritating but I did it. I waited and came back a couple days later only to be told I had to wait even longer after assaulting 2 more locations. Arg!!
So I wait again, and now JTL comes out so I have been spending some time testing that out. However every single time I have tried to connect to gorath when I had time available the server was down and so I couldn't come back to finish the missions up.
So after complteting 2/3 of a mission I basically just lost all the effort to unlock because the village phase change basically marks my mission progress as nonexistant. I think I should be able to(along with anyone else who starts a mission late in the phase) should be allowed to finish that mission even if the phase changes. Now I have to wait 3 more weeks to unlock my final slot instead of finishing it this phase. What if someone comes in on a phase and there is only 2 days left in the cycle and theywanted to do this mission? Theywould start it and then realize AFTER they can't change what mission they want to do that they just chose a mission they can't complete in time.
This probably isn't an issue for most people as they normally get the phase completed within the first week but what about those of us that have other things to do other than play this game every single day?

Hey ppl,
Im sorry, but i couldn't find a thread to post this on.
When the game hits the streets will we be able to do a galaxy switch and put our Chars on the real game?
Or will they just be deleted??
