Yup - works great for me too! Now (being an un-armoured Wookiee) I can call Bob (my Probot) anytime I want before I go PvE.... Excellent addition! Many Thanks!

I dropped Creature Handler due to this change. We asked for the pointless obstruction to calling to be removed, not given a new form.

Boycotting the GCW. I don't force you to PvE, don't force me to PvP!

This is an awesome feature, no more building basic camps for me or asking someone else for their supplies

This is my only concern. What will be the effect when so many of us free up those 15 skill points we had in novice scout.

Don't get me wrong this a good thing (no a GREAT thing) we weren't supposed to be forced to tie up those points in the first place. But what happens now that many of us are going to get those skill points back all at once?

I think you have severely nerfed the scout/ranger class with this change. Without the need for the camps you take away any reason for people to pursue scout except for BH and Ranger. I my be wrong but the Ranger's areatrack ability seems to have also been crimped a bit by this publish, so with the loss of the usefulness of camps and the (apparent) loss of areatrack ranger, why not just eliminate the class altogether. There were few enough of us as it was, now the class(es) are even more unappealing.

Publish 7 is bad all around, and this is one of the worst changes made. It takes away alot of the realism. People can just store anything they want in their pockets now and pull them out whenever.

The 15 second delay is stupid in my opinion. If you are going to let them do it whenever, then why delay it?

Bad move overall IMHO

I would disagree with you Jalen.

I am a Master Scout, and I am hoping to become a Ranger in the near future. With this change, we see a lot of people dropping Novice Scout, which they only had to get camps.

This means that our services are more in demand for camps (which still have wound healing advantages), and more importantly, it means there will be a bigger demand for our harvested resources, as every second person won't be grabbing some hide from every creature they kill.

Yes, Scouts and Rangers still need work, and I saw an excellent page linked from a sticky on the Ranger forum about this, but I think this change is a step in the right direction.
