"Thirty-four days later... acheived Master Doctor"
Gordon,
You could have gone to the medical center... there is always 3 or 4 tumblers or warcry'ers there (in Coronet or Theed) ready to help you get to Doctor in a few short hours.

I was wondering that myself.
If the "manager" isn't playing SWG that much, no wonder a lot of things are not getting addressed and balanced ASAP.
For example,
- No counter to Force Run 1/2/3. Nothing to stop Force Run. Nothing to prevent Force Run from being used. All regular professions and some non-Enhancer Jediare SOL when trying to fight a Force Running Jedi. Perhaps Force Run should drain the Force Pool while being used...??
- Feign Death should have a time limit (ie. 2 minute timer). LIke it or not, this special is being abused by a lot of folks.
- Tumblers and warcry'ers get Novice Medics to Master Doctors in short order (no need to heal real players or heal players on hunts when you have an 3 AFK tumblers).
- PvE is absolutely trival due toDoctor Buffs and Uber Armor.
- Jedi are able to stack uber bleeds by doing a certain "tactic." I bet this one will be fixed when Jedi start complaining about Jedi stacking bleeds.

Hey I think I remember that name from CI$ in the 80s when I was playing BattleTech. Good to see an 'old' man on the team...lol
Good Luck.

back when the game started, aka when i started towards doctor as well, there were no tumblers.
I wish there were no tumblers today either.

From the sound of it, he wasn't in charge at that time. Would be interesting to know what of the new stuff that has come down the pipe recently was due to his now being in charge of the team.

Was it my imagination or did he just admit to having stopped playing SWG after a few months because it just wasn't much fun??? Yikes! Someone needs to read the Team Letters before they get posted.

He wasn't part of the team when he was playing it. There are a lot of options for gaming out there, maybe SWG wasn't his cup of tea at the time. The important part of this message isn't that he stopped playing, it's that he is playing now, mind you a couple of professions. Since he decided to quit playing way back when, who better to help in development and address problems in the game than someone who quit because he wasn't having fun?

Boy, you guys are on a roll this week.
"After a couple of months I wasn't having as much fun as I would have liked (and I had another game to worry about) so I slacked off playing I have occasionally jumped in for a hour or so in the intervening months to see what was going on in the game. "
