I ran into this when i grouped with my pet on TC. It doesn't really matter. If you get two missions, instead of two orange arrows, now you get an orange and a yellow arrow. The yellow arrow being the closer of the two missions.


You're right in that it is not all that usefull, but it also does you no harm whatsoever.

What ever you pushed live with the DWB and Group Enhancments you broke something with the missions So Far I've come across 3 people who aren't getting the money for missions completed, me included. The WP for the mission stays but It plays the music when you beat the mission, and you don't get the money and a fraction of the normal XP. Trying Reloging at the moment

Also the Group WP is a major Annoyance, when you shut it off it keeps comming back on. Good Idea bad Implementation

I enjoy the nearest waypoint. Works well especially for large Vor hunter groups. Saves the annoying distance question.

Working fabulous for me, one of the best additions to date.



I think you guys are misunderstanding the "out of range". You won't be able to see the HAM bars if you're too far, which i believe is intentional. However, you can now see the direction arrow and the distance updating dynamically, which you couldn't before.



The one bug I've seen is that when someone is out of range to see their HAM bars, their name is sometimes replaced by another person's in the group who is near, so they show up twice. A bit irritating when you're looking to see who's missing.

It seems these enhancements were done with no regard to solo groups. Solo groups only became popular relatively recently so I assume the devs aren't aware of them yet. So let me list what new problems these changes made for solo groups.


1. With everyone spread out some player's names aren't listed and the if the group leader changes the list won't update it.
2. Without a majority of the group near a single mission the wp to the closest mission changes literally every 5 seconds, if you deactivate it, it comes right back.
3. It's understood in solo groups that the mission money isn't shared, but now a griefer can follow the arrows and steal people's mission money by being near them when they kill the lair.
4. As a low level jedi, I like solo groups because I get extra creatures at my mission lairs. I don't have force throw yet so I'd rather do missions then find wild lairs. But since I usually don't know the people I'm grouping with, I'm paranoid an imp will remember that I'm a jedi and use the arrows to easily find me while I hunt. There should at least be an option not to include an arrow for you.


For those of you predicting the end of solo groups, even with the upcoming supernerf it will still be preferable to hunt alone when you're after quick xp or easy cash. You might have to fight easier things then before but it will still be faster then group fighting. I only picture people grouping when they want high level loot. Now don't misunderstand me, I would like the solo groups to stop also, all they have to do is let us decide what the mission difficulty should be when we take missions instead of this silly way of basing it on the combat skills in the whole group. One way or another we're going to take the missions we want, stop making us jump through hoops.

Oh yeah also I'm not getting paid for about half my missions today. Usually I get paid for about 90%. The rest I have to abort if the waypoint doesn't go away.

its bugged up the wazzo


Changing planets it makes there name go away to just say (lok) or waht ever planet there on. Now you cant tell who is in your group


Still get out of range


Not everyones arrows update or distances.


Dosnt show if there in combat anymore.

I have had 2 instances where when 1 person goes off planet in group, the name changes to another person in the group, so u have 1 person with same name in the group twice.

Actually there have problems with the group all day


First - the group list is showing people more then once


Second - People who are logged out and have been logged out for some time are remaining in the game and remaining in the group.


Third - For a little while we showed more then one group leader . Then that turned off - however the group leader indicator is incorrect. It's not showing the actual leader. The leader of the group can not seem to be able to kick anyone from the group either and at times has been having trouble grouping people.

Yeah it's a little buggy. I think everyone has said the problems I have had with it. Can we now get the group options working? It would be nice to get those working that never ever worked.

  • Group member status bars will continue to report position information, even if the player is on the other side of the world. If the group member is on another planet, the planet name is displayed in the status bar.



Just a minor thing, why not capitalize the name of the planets ??

Obvious bug:

If you leave the planet your group is on, only one member will show the planet the other members are on, and if anyone new joins you don't see their name, just the planet they're on....

Bug: Group displays showed, no names, duplicate names, and wrong names while members were not in the immediate area. At one time we had the same person listed in the group twice, once as the leader, then once as the member. Their display showed someone totally different as the leader. This all occured on Endor.


Repeatable: Happened several times while the group was hunting.


Able to bypass: I was not able to bypass it.


How to repeat:


1.) Find a large group with 15 people and group together.


2.) Have all of the members leave the area so their group display is not updating visibly.


3.) Have some group members disband, be re-invited while out of your area, change leadership to multiple people. All should be able to duplicate the small problems listed above.
