Crafting Quests
Located in Commercial Guild Halls located in static cities now have NPC contractors that can give out new crafting missions. There are mission difficulties of easy, challenging and difficult depending the skill boxes a player possesses. The rewards granted are some credits and a small experience point bonus associated with crafting the item. The goal of the implementation of the “Crafting Quests” is to provide our wide variety of crafting professions the chance to use/sell their otherwise obsolete items and wares, creating a market for novice and intermediate crafters in a market of masters.
Are these in yet?
There have been many reports that the NPC contractors can't be found in any of the Commercial Guild Halls.

Why solicit feedback from this small sliver of the overall fanbase that reads the forumwhen you could be getting much more meaningful feedback from all those people that are actually playing the game?
I've never been a big fan of Dev bashing, but this man does have a very damn good point
At its core, the idea of polling players in game is valid and one I'd like to pursue, but when it comes to forum demographics, avid posters tend to be early adopters and power users. The feedback they provide is always valuable information.

Thunderheart I agree that many users in this forum are power users and know this game mechanics very well but for one of the games representative to say that most of these people in this forum are too busycomplaining about things and not playing is far from the truth.
For instance I sit in the forums during my days at work and post during my freetime at work. When I get home I play at night so for a comment like this to be made was uncalled for.

Because TH isn't Flock.

And I quote:
"When asked if he takes into account consumer input Flock is dismissive, relying instead on the expertise of his staff. 'No, we never talk to consumers - they just f--- us up. Someone asked for a copy of our market research which made us take the decision to do EverQuest. I said we hadn't done any market research. Had we done, the game would never have been made. We never focus on them. Gamers don't know what they want. We just want to know if they have a valid credit card.'"
Why ask for feedback?
Isn't this quote over half a decade old and from someone who has nothing to do with SWG?
Things change. But it is interesting that there has been no postings on feedback here. I think that SOE is in need of some servere Community damage control...

TH, the problem is what you've tried to accomplish has been single handidly destroyed by a fellow red name. The feedback that is provided was classified as "whines" so to speak, and that's what the message we were given. You say one thing, but the people behind you have said something completely opposite.
