I can't notice any difference at all beyond the new interface. I have tons of near worthless npc drop loot and I've never been able to get any of them to buy it.

Also, what's up with the whole "be sure to talk to alot of them to find out who wants what" thing? THey don't offer any information about others of their ilk, and they dont even give you a general idea of what THEY're supposed to buy.
