If you are in a camp there is no delay.

Can we get some clarifaction on the doc buff changes please? Specifically if the randomness is removed then can we get a ballpark figure as to what a 800 base pack (which is commonly accepted as an above average pak) will buff for?

When will the Novice Politician bug get fixxed??? Where you disconnect and then reconnect seconds later and all of you Experience Monitor displayes "Novice Politician".\

Does it tell us "XXX looted a Uber SEA from xxxx" or just that "XXX looted an item from xxx"????
-> Armorsmiths/Tailors/Weaponsmiths get bonus's to "REPAIRING" items that they create. Come-on, how could an armorsmith build a fancy, highly advanced piece of armor but not be able to fix it reliably?????
-> Radial Button states: The player status window knows when your on a vehicle or not. Why can't the stupid radial button know when your on your vehicle too? While on a vehicle, you have to click a minimum of 2 times to get the "exit vehicle" option. Same with mounting. (yes /dismount works but hey, this should work too).
-> Exiting Vehicle warp: Why the heck do I warp in a linear direction (forward, backwards) to the vector of my velocity of up to 200m from my bike????

These are pretty much the annoying ones I deal with everytime I log on.

Ever since thisgame started, I've always looked forward these publishes. I am not looking forward to this one. Besides the fact that it really doesnt introduce any MAJOR changes to the game world, your insistence to make smuggler absolutely useless disgust me.
The profession is already reeling from the lack of fixes over the months, the fact that (as of right now) several trees are utterly useless and without purpose - and now you decided to add our one working line (dirty fighting) to the list of broken and unusable. Panic shot was not overpowered - not even close. It did not allow you to solo high-end content, it did not ensure victory in PvP, and generally speaking, was not a skill that deserved to be nerfed. Furthermore, panic shot had already recieved at least two "balancing" passes in the past. The 30 second timer eliminated any "overpowering" affects this shot had, so why nerf it further when it is completely unecessary? I will tell you this, this new effect you have given panic shot will mean that most smugglers will simply take it off their toolbar. It has very few uses, and simply is not worthwhile in most situations.
Why break an already broken profession? In addition to this panic shot nerf, you had already made feign death unusable a few publishesago, which renders half of our one good line pointless. Also, lowblow and last ditch will only have marginal uses in the future. Spices (with the exception of Muon Gold) have long been a waste of 14 skillpoints. Underworld provides zero real benifits. Slicing provides somelimited oppurtunities to make cash, but otherwise is useless. As smugglers, we dont smuggle anything. In general,the last publishruined any chance for a real smuggling system ever being introduced in the future. So why - why do you insist on nerfing one of the few working aspects of our profession!?!

Yes, it is a cone effect that does damage. We shoot once, maybe one in 5 of the mobs is delayed, we shoot again, then maybe we will get 3 of the 5, but hit the original one, breaking his as we did more damage. This makes the skill useless, as the delay is built in with damage, and upon damage, the effect is broken and they gain a 30 second timer.
It is also a drawback, ever fight in a city, use an aoe, then have all manner of stuff being shot at you? Thats what happens with panic shot. It is however, one of the best 1vs1 specials in the game as it stands, and is not a twenty second delay like the master Brawler warcry. It's 10 seconds, on a decently long special timer. The ham cost is pretty high too to use the move.
all in all, it makes panicshot worthless.
