Thread: Request for your help in reviewing the Holocron Text
I'm sorry Q - I know this is not the right place but there is a text bug that bothers me. Its the misspelling of the word encumberance in the description of composite armor (at least its composite if I remember correctly) It is sorrectly and incorrectly spelled in the same description.

BTW..is the holocron that little box that popped up when I took my first step in this existence. I chucked that in the trash compactor a long time ago.
I suggest contacting Megadodo Publications for help in constructing a more consice and relevant guide to exploring the galaxy. Of course they'll probably just tell you to ditch the free melon and give everyone a towel, but hey..what do THEY know.
Welcome->Tutorial Recap->Cloning -- Graf 4: Incorrect text. Players now clone with all their items. Graf 5: Is the /activateclone command still in use? I thought it was a temporary bug workaround and had been removed shortly after launch.

Should be "skill trees" (no "s") to match with same phrase later in the paragraph. Graf 4: Incorrectly says Scout trainers are found in Commerce Guilds. They are found in Combat Guilds.

Welcome->Where to begin->Starting Professions->Artisan->Resources-- Grafs 6&7: Refers to "exhausting the sampleable resources" in an area. I was under the impression this had been removed from the game during Beta.
Welcome->Where to begin->Starting Professions->Artisan->Artisan Disciplines -- Graf 5: Incorrectly refers to survey skill affecting how well you use harvesters. All harvester modifiers in the survey tree were removed in Beta.
Welcome->Where to begin->Starting Professions->Artisan->Where from here -- Graf 3: "Armorsmiths offer the galaxies best protection..." Should be "offer the galaxy's best protection" (possessive, not plural). Graf 9: Run-on sentence. Just split it in two at the comma.

Graf 5: Incorrectly says Master Marksman is required for Combat Medic. Only the Ranged Support line from Marksman is currently required, along with Master Medic.

Successfully catching a fish, though, does earn Wilderness xp. Perhaps that can be substituted in the sentence.

they were fun to add to, and I have been really happy when I notice things have changed because of what we've written there.
Carbineer profession name's spelling has changed. "You stop following the corpse of x" now reads "you stop following x" (it was funny before but it makes more sense now). The opening screen no longer says "Planetside is a registered trademark of Sony Online Entertainment." Some less awkward grammar here and there. Various other changes I've noticed and have appreciated.
I notice more things but have no place to write them downon the forums, andI'm too much of a mess to keep lists of stuff likethat around on scraps of paper.
You could keep those threads open and pop in every once in a while, like every few weeks, just to say something like, "I've read and taken note of all the stuff up to this point and wont get to the rest for a while, but please keep adding to the list if you want."

Small stuff like this is really speaking volumes about how good the level of communication between the devs and the players is becoming.
