I'm a 4333 apprentice and I got 119 SPs to train. Considering that 4333 is just about 1/2 done (depending on how you weight the LSbraches) it seemed about right percentage wise.
D/Cing, Closing the skill chosing box, logging out don't break the skill system. Logging into your main after choosing some skills doesn't break it.
YouCAN'T train from a trainer or other players while converting, BTW!

Whats with giving an odd number of skill points when all the skills are even. Since it currently looks as if the Lightsaber trees in initiate give 1 skill point either take it away or give us 2 points.

ok, I 'm sure I can make 4,2,2,2 apprentice in 5 more days. 101 Skill points doesn't look to horrible... Ithink

I'll sum up my thoughts as a fortunate one to get Padawan status on TC2 with no prior jedi experience:
How did the Jedi Conversion go when you logged in?
The conversion went smoothly, even if I logged out before completion. I could even revoke skills I had choosen before I logged if unsure. Excellent work.
What was the easiest part of the process? The most difficult?
Choosing skills was simple. I had to open the profession window a few times to see the exact skill I wanted next, but it was simple overall. The most difficulty I had was choosing the first six force sensative abilities. I kind of wondered what I was picking from and what they would do. You may want to have a Friday feature on the new FS abilities, or detail them in a prominent posting to help.
What was the most intuitive part of the process? Which was the most difficult?
Choosing skills came easy once understood. The only issues I personaly had was inventory space. I know this won't be a big issue when things go live but still robes are granted in the conversion.

lol its not that the initiates are getting shafted...its just that u didnt put all that much effort in yet so its not like you are going to be knight in new system when u barely started.getting 45 points or whatever that guy got...he almost gained 1 mil xp in new system...and you complain? my god lol ya'll are hopeless. I dont want to hear a single person complain about grind until you do apprentice box lol because you have the least amount of goods to do the most amount of work...dont say nothing until you have gone through that hell.

No mater how you cut it players in the Initiate tree are getting screwed. Months of work wasted and SOE just does not seem to care, except for the all mighty dollar that is.
The only purpose of this revamp is to prolong the impending doom of this game as SOE just tries to suck one more month out of all its customers.
Oh, JTL is not going to save this game eitherbecause any person that actually starts playing this game then will be so far behind the rest of the player base and overwhelmed with the economy and the fact they will never afford a ship they will quit before their free month is up.

Ya, for people like me who is 4334 now, I recommend you to get 1 more box of your live Jedi in these few days.I think it will grant you3 or more skill points hopefully. Then you can train 4004 lightsaber in the conversion.

Well 4/3/3/4 Initiate in the current system is..
2,750,000 Jedi XP and 117,500 saber xp.
The saber xp converts to 11,750 jedi XP.
So grand total jedi XP is : 2,867,500
And he said he got 45 skill points, which was good enough for 0/0/4/2 in the lightsaber line, and that's 3,680,000 xp.
Doesn't seem too "shafty" to me. With the exception you no longer have your heal skills or force throw.
My question is, does any currently banked xp just xfer over at a 1:1 ratio? E.G. I have 550k stocked up now, do I still have 550k? Or do they ball that into my number of skill points?

Well i really didnt expect to get punished like this... TH have you ever played jedi? Dont you know that much more effort is needed to master padawan than apprantice or guardian? 4 3 3 4 converts to 4 0 0 2? are you joking...

What about after the Jedi skills conversion, were you guys able to pick skills from other professions as said in the Friday Feature a couple of weeks back? or are we stuck grinding those again?
