WOOOT!! im not the only one!!!!

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF WE CAN RESET OUR CHARACTERS.

I would really like to test more of the new system!

once leveled in the healing I-IV , health dmg doesn't amount to anything more than a stimpack-A..


probably need to bump that up

* Character just stopped earning experience points. Secondary character (artisan) no longer earning xp for surveying and no general crafting xp. Not even close to the xp caps (since I'm stuck on the first box with 285 general crafting xp). Character is surveying near Bestine.

I haven't been getting combat xp for using regular weapons.


I also didn't get my knight char, I'm stuck at Padawan even though I have a Jedi on Live.

No robes


No survey tools


No chat works except spatial in game so you can't communicate properly.


Bazaars are all broken so we can't purchase anything or test anything???

This is howI reset my character. But first of all. It was just luck i found out! I had only a Padawan, no Knight. Messed my character up and had no skills. Was bored and a friend of mine who has a Jedi onlive told me about the /findmytrainer slash command. It seems they teach the <b>old</b> system!


I dropped all skills. type /findmytrainer, learned Jedi Initiate(old Jedi system). After log out and logging in again the my skill window to choose was there and I started all over.


Don't know whether it works for Knights as well though!

One of my characters only has Minor force powers, and Novice Lightsaber. The rest of the points I filled with normal sprofession skills (pikeman, armorsmith etc).

However, I am unable to use regular profession trainers (e.g. Medic Trainer) as they all want me to talk to my jedi skill trainer (using /findmytrainer).

This means that someone who has started to become force sensitive is stuck with whatever skills they had previously, and can't pick up new basic professions.

My character build is:
Force skills:
* Force Progression - Padawan
* Crafting Mastery
* Enhanced Reflexes - Vehicle Control 4
* Heightenes Senses - Luck 4
* Lightsaber Novice

"Old" skills:
* Master Brawler
* Artisan - Engineering 4
* Armorsmith - Techniques 3
* Pikeman - Master Polearm Stances, Master Polearm Defensive Techniques, Master Polearm Support Abilities
* TKA - Master Precision Striking
* Fencer - Intermediate Fencing Stances & Grips

I have 15 skill points free, which is enough to pick up Novice Medic, except as mentioned above, trainers don't work.

(I have 2 other characters, both with multiple Force skill trees trained from the Force Defense, Force Power, Force Healing lines etc)

The force cost for/forceWeaken1 and /forceWeaken2are both800. I think it maybe a mistake. Consider /forceWeaken1 is the first special at that tree, the force cost should not be that high.


/animalCalm seems not working. I tried it 2 times, both failed. I could try some more.


/forceAbsorb1 is 100 force cost and last 30 second./forceAbsorb2 is 200 force cost and last 1 minute. But /forceAbsorb1increased "Force Absorb" skill mod+1, /forceAbsorb2 also doing the same, only +1. The description said /forceAbsorb2 can absorb more, so maybe the increased skill mod is wrong?


All other skills I tested (powers master, enhancement master, healing 4400) seems to work nicely. Good job developers.

in my opinion to les explanation on skills when we have to choose them (cant pick just askill which i can revoke without exp loss), there should be more describtion which skills grant what specials before you pick them


jedi trainer seems bugged, even when finished converting and reached knight lvl the trainer says only i can become initiate (wierd)


no tools at start , so need to get tools from an artisan


(cant survey even when got jedi survey skill / canceled skill and retraineed jedi survey 1 from other jedi)


well, when u want us to test this jedi class, you definately should give us at least 1 crystal so we could use a training saber.


this situation sucks, we are knights and got force powers but have no possebility to get a crystal without hours and hours wasting our time (this is a test char dammit, we dont hurt anybody when we woul dhave at least 1 crystal at start)

Trained 0404 lightsaber, have 2-hand gen 3 certification.

When I equip my 3rd gen 2-H saber, I get 'you lack the necessary skills to use this weapon.'

Lightning single 1 is bugged.

When attacking something with my bare fists, for instance, using force lightning still says "you swing at" in the combat tab, and the damage is greatly reduced from using force lightning at a distance. The damage is still greater than when just using my bare fists, but it is still very low(i've gotten less than 100 damage on lightning single 1 when used this way).

I haven't tried it with the other lighting specials yet, but I'd expect similar results with more testing.

Force Surveying is also slightly bugged. When I sample with my character who only got his skills from the force-sensitivty trees, a system message pops up saying that I don't have the skill to sample. The character still samples, but the system message is wrong and misleading.

That last lightning bug seems to happen at range too. And it seems random. Sometimes damage is over 2000, sometimes less than 200 for the same target. And sometimes the combat tab says I shoot an arc of lightning, sometimes it says I swing at the target, even when not in melee range.

This is why I just love how they patch on a friday knowing full well that they will not be around to deal with the mess that they left the server in. Common sense would tell you to patch on a monday, or tuseday in this case it being a hoiday monday.


The server needs a wipe and restart, 3 days of testing flushed because people were in a hurry to get out of the office, without one word of information to the people testing on how to aquire what they need. robes/crystals/resourses, all that were said we were going to recieve were not. Some of us can not make our padawans due to crashes during creation...they want this to go live when???




had canceled because of the CU. Got talked into re subscribing just days before the NGE was started on Test Center (my home).

/cancel again and breaking CD's to be sure.

nice thing about being a online Dj..sony cant cencor what I say about this err..improvement..like they can on these forums.
